In places large and small, big Powerball prizes

Two lucky tickets sold in North Carolina won big prizes in Wednesday's Powerball drawing as the jackpot grew to $333 million.

Each ticket matched four white balls and the red Powerball. The winning numbers were 3-15-29-54-57 and 10 for the Powerball.

One of the tickets was sold near the coast in Currituck County, at the Han-Dee Hugo on Forbes Loop in the small town of Grandy. The $2 ticket is worth $50,000.

Big Winners

The other ticket had the $1 Power Play added and, thanks to a X3 multiplier, is worth $150,000. It was sold in the state's largest city of Charlotte, at the Kwick Mart on Albemarle Road.

Please tell me the percentage of winners from the Lucke-Zone 2nd chance. I have bought a LOT of tickets, won LESS than $300.00 and entered TONS of information here. Is it worth my trouble?NC Lottery
Not sure what you mean by the percentage of winners. But there were 1,061,380 entries in the Sun-Sational Summer drawing and 310,909 entries in last week's $500 Quick Cash drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries made. An entry you make has just as good a chance as anyone else's. Good luck!

Your very welcome! :-) To the players saying their entries into the wheel of fortune contest don't show. Go to the winners page , scroll down , click on pull down tab that says "active" click on "all" that will show you your entries in the last drawing. Once an entry deadline has passed the contest is NO longer active. A lot of players don't realize that. CHEERS!

TURBO - Thanks for offering some guidance on this. The communications team that answers questions here on the blog doesn't have as much info as our customer service and technical service teams. So we do our best to answer questions and even research answers. But sometimes we don't have that info so we suggest they get support elsewhere. But it sounds like you know what you're talking about! :-)

All your info is there. Your # is processed automatically, that is why it said 0 remaining draws. If you would have bought 2 draws it would have said 1 remaining draw as of Friday. But switch to 0 after last nights draw. But you would still be in Tuesday's drawing. I hope that helps.

So while we all are out here purchasing tickets and putting them in for 2nd chances i happen to go in a store where i see where a person is holding a clear bag of scratch offs had to be over 100 tickets more like 200. Seems they pick them up from there and scan them in. Wow now I who work and pay for my tickets and put in mine for a hope at a win i find there is someone giving tickets and putting in up to 75 a day or more (if she is having someone help) to my 1 a da odds not good. So i contact Raleigh to my surprise the woman in customer service found nothing wrong with this and said it does not change my chances. WHAT???? I tried posting this yesterday did not happen there are other sources available. Stores should be told not to give or allow anyone to pick up tickets. If I dont or can't scan one I t tear them in little pieces no one should benefit off anyones hard earned money.NC Lottery
