How to see entries and winners for past drawings

Dozens of members have asked this month how to see information about the most recent Ultimate Millions second-chance drawing.

We understand why folks want to know!

And, no worries: All of your entry information and the results of that drawing - as well as all previous drawings - are still on the site. To see that information, there is a simple step you can take to change the display setting.

First, click on the red "Lucke-Rewards" tab at the top of the screen. Then click the green "Winners" tab. As you can see in the graphic below, there is a small pull-down box on the right that says "Active." This is the default display setting.

Please note that the information displayed in this section is only for drawings you use Lucke-Rewards points to enter. To see information for **second-chance** drawings you enter by submitting specific tickets, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page, as you can see below.

Above, you can see that if you click on the small pull-down box for the section that displays information about second-chance drawings, and adjust it to "All" or "My Entries" you will be able to see information that pertains to the first, second and third Ultimate Millions drawings. Then you can click on "View" to see the which winners have been notified and which winners have claimed prizes.

Also, remember that if you have a technical issue, the fastest and best way to get assistance is to click on the HELP link at the top of the screen and fill out an ONLINE SUPPORT form. You can also call 855-767-1863 for technical customer service.

Hi, Renee! Generally, our second chance drawings are conducted as series of drawings, so players can view Winners of the past drawings on each individual draw page. We will leave the draw pages up after the final draw for a while, to allow players to view winner names as they claim their prizes. After they are removed from our site to make room for new drawings, you can still request past second chance drawing winners by reaching out to Player.Info@lotterync.net with your request.

You can view second chance drawing winners on the drawing page - click on the drawing to visit the draw page, click on the date of the drawing you're interested in seeing, and click "Winners" to see the list of winners. Please know if it was a recent drawing, winners may not be listed yet as they are generally contacted within 48 hours of a drawing, and their names will be added to the draw page once they get in touch with us to claim their prize.

Hi there, Neal! We're not entirely sure what you mean. If you're looking to view your Online Ticket purchases, you can click on your username and select "Transaction History" and select "Past Draws" to see past draw tickets. If you are talking about physical copies of tickets that are older, you can enter those for Lucke-Rewards points and possibly second chance entries by using the scanner icon on our mobile app or entering the Lucke-Rewards code on our website under "Ticket Entry." Hope this helps!

Hi Contina, you can see all the names of the winners that have claimed in the Dec 9 drawings by clicking on each drawing and then clicking on the “winners” button to reveal the list of winners. I cannot believe you use *email* to notify winners. Seriously, how full of holes is that method? Guess I now have to read through all the 1,000 emails I get daily to be notified if I win? CALL or CERTIFIED LETTER. NEVER USE EMAIL TO COMMUNICATE ANYTHING IMPORTANT, for a *variety* of logical reasons. Per your webpage: "Winners will be contacted by the NCEL or its fulfillment vendor via the current email address and/or phone number associated with their Lucke-Zone accounts."NC Lottery
If a winner does not respond to email notification, we will follow up with a telephone call and, if necessary, send certified mail.

Hello, how can one see the list of winners of $1000+ from Powerball, Mega Millions, etc. entries purchased from this site as opposed to from a store?NC Lottery
We don't have a recent list, but you can e-mail playerinfo@lotterync.net and make a public records request. The odds of winning a prize through subscription services are the same as if you buy a ticket in a store. Last year, more than 99% of lottery tickets purchased were still sold in stores.

North Carolina law makes a winners' name, home town, game played and amount won public information. To be open and transparent to the public about where large sums of money are going :-)

the second chance drawings need to have the highest possible winning $ amount possible! Who plays the lottery to win pocket change!? Most people play the lottery to win retirement $$! I will be patient and wait to win big instead of pocket change.

I'm a small entry player 40 on some games and 150 on others. I am not in the big leagues like some that play 1,500 a game. Do I have chance same as these big time players? Not that you can answer this :( Just wondering if 'lil' players ever win big now and then (fingers crossed)NC Lottery
Entering the Lucke-Rewards drawings is like entering a raffle. If you have one raffle ticket, you have a chance to win. The more entries you make into the drawing, the more chances you have to win. Good luck! :-)

@ SCORPION KING - It's going to change up month to month. Some players like playing for a chance to win one big prize, others like drawings that have more prizes they could enter to win. So you can hang on to your points until you see a drawing that has the kind of prize spread you like to see :-)

Can you not model it with some type tiered level distribution $$ amount base on the numbers of registered LZ members/entries. All we are asking for is, equitable distribution of the $$ amount per each second chance promotion with multiple winners and not just one winner.. Current promotions: Quick Cash- One Winner, Harvest Moon-One Winner Hope to see improvement in 2017.

As of August 1, we were up to 724,000 members - 12,000 more than the month before! :)

There are lots of folks that go through trash cans and get the losing tickets. I saw this at the lottery place in Asheville where you have to cash in for larger winning tickets. I often wonder if those folks win second chance drawings than those who buy their tickets. If they can do that why would someone object to stores that sell them do the same thing.

In general we want to talk about the fun stuff on the blog - new games, lucky tickets, etc. But once in a while it just makes sense to create a blog we can refer people to instead of typing out the info over and over :-)

I was going to ask a question like the one above, glad to know certified mail will be sent if needed since my computer is off and on biggest part of the time. But I would like to ask another question. I've noticed 2 times here in Franklin 2 big jackpot winners was employees of the store they worked at that sold the winning tickets, seems sort unfair, not saying I'm not jealous because they won,I'm glad for anybody, but shouldn't they buy their lottery tickets at another store where they not employed, just look better.NC Lottery
Thanks for the question. Like most states, the lottery does not have a policy prohibiting owners and employees from buying tickets from the store where they work. Some stores have their own policies against it, and you are welcome to ask someone at a store what their policy is. When someone with a retail association submits a lottery claim, it is given extra scrutiny by our security staff before the prize is awarded.

I am glad that you guys posted that info, last time I was reading the blog, I was thinking maybe something interactive was necessary. Perhaps keep it at the top of the blog, like NOTSHARON mentioned. But I've noticed many people now days don't seem to take time reading and following simple steps for whatever reason.

Good job LZ, thank you 4 all u do, this Buds 4 u. Imagine how long the winners page would be if u would not have done this format. It used to take longer to scroll down the winners page the old way. I had to buy a new mouse, poor thing got over worked.

@ BEAR - Lots of questions! :-) Every entry counts, whether you make them one at a time or 100 at a time. The vendor does not conduct the random drawings, our internal security and audit staff do. Everyone who works for the lottery and our gaming vendors and their immediate family members are on a "no play" list and cannot claim or be awarded prizes. Just wondering- after you enter second chance drawings- does the computer pick the winners from their entries? If a person enters a total of 100 entries over the entire month, is each time they enter counted as one entry or a grand total number of 100 used as one entry? Or does the vendor in fulfillment pick them? How do you avoid a fulfillment employee from picking a friend or family member if they pick the winners? Not to say they do, but could it be possible? If you are a winner and you don't answer via email due to it going into spam, will you call the winner via phone since they are registered? Thanks for clarifying my concerns!

The rewards program is provided to the lottery by a vendor and in-service notification is not currently part of the system. But it's possible that in the future winners will be notified through the system itself :-)

When someone comes to HQ to claim a prize of $100K or more, a member of the communications team -- who also answer Lucke-Zone questions ;-) -- interviews the winner, sends out a news release about the win, posts the story on our main website and usually shares it on social media too. The winner information here in the Lucke-Zone website is manually updated by a member of the web marketing staff or by someone with the vendor who manages the Lucke-Rewards program for the lottery.

The $1 million winner came to lottery headquarters yesterday to claim the prize. When a random drawing is conducted, alternates are always chosen so that if a prize goes unclaimed, we can proceed to notify an alternate winner that he or she has won a prize. Once you have entered a ticket here in the Lucke-Zone for your reward points and any drawings associated with the ticket, you don't need to keep the ticket :)
