For right now, you can only buy Keno tickets at Keno locations. We do have some Cumberland County locations. Check out the Wilmington regional lists here and you will see where: http://www.nc-educationlottery.org/keno_locations.aspx

Can we buy slips in regular stores? NC Lottery
You can only buy Keno slips from retailers that offer the game. However you can scan your ticket to see if you're a winner at any store that sells lottery tickets.

LZ, will the keno tickets have the same point value as the rest of the draw games (1-5). Will we have to wait till the next day to enter them in lucke zone like we have to with pic3 &pic4 ?? I don't know if this issue has been addressed yet.
