Love the new app....have to say though, it is absolute torture waiting for the winner boards to be updated. Seems like since early October no one is updating them at all. Will they be updated soon? Still holding out on the Monster Money drawing with fingers crossed! NC Lottery
Tina-We're glad you enjoy the new app! As for the "Winners Board", we were having a glitch with our system and will update it soon. As for the Monster Money drawing, winners of second-chance or Lucke-Rewards drawings are notified within 24 to 48 hours of the drawing.

I HATE this new website. My luck e points are gone, I can't figure out how to find them. I can't see any of the winners from the drawings. I can't see any of my entries. I can not figure out how any of this new site works. I miss my lucky e zone app. It was user fiendky and I knew exactly how to work it and where everything was. This new site is a disaster and not user friendly. I want to see my points and the drawings to enter. I also want to see who the most recent drawings winners are. I am so frustrated. NC Lottery
Hi, Mandy. No worries! You can do all of that. You just need to open your Player Dashboard. Once you are logged into the site, click on your username at the top right. It will be in a blue box. That opens your player dashboard. You can access your dashboard no matter what page you visit on the website. You can see points at the upper right icon. You can enter tickets into drawings with the "enter" icon. And you can winners in the "draws" icon on top.

DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW SITE. All of my entries for the Extreme Millions and Ultimate Millions are gone. And, gave playing a break, played $60 of cards, same story - NO WINNERS.

I'm not sure if anyone else has NOTICE but MY entries for the SECOND Chance Drawings are NOT showing at all for know of the drawings. What is going on? NC Lottery

Winners are usually notified within 24 to 48 business hours of a drawing. If there is a holiday it will take a little longer. Winners names will be posted once they claim their prize.

Hi...thanks for answering my question, but I have one more. If a drawing is scheduled for say the 8th, at what point is it safe to stop checking your email every 5 minutes? On the 9th? Will there ever be a comment saying "winner notified" or something indicating you once again did not win and you can stop checking now :) NC Lottery

Winners are notified by the NCEL or its designee via the email adddress and/or phone number that they provided in their accounts. Winners' names and hometowns also are posted on the website following the validation of the winners.

@player...the drawings are supposed to be random computer generated. I know several people have stated here they have entered 1 thousand + times in a single promo. ( far more than I ever have for sure ) and not won anything. One member here said he won with only 8 or 12 entries. I do wish some other winners would come forward though and say how many entries they did input and win...would be interesting to see. Have seen where several members here have also won more than once. In a lot of instances you very well could have a better chance winning at some scratch off tickets than here but why not use those points for chances to win something in these promos ! My ship has not come in...not so sure it ever will but I keep plugging along. :)

Dear sir/madam, I submitted second chance entries for 3-4 Years without winning even one time. You stated below that some submit entries in thousands and millions. Really in Millions for winning $500 or $1000 or a different game?? Thanks AN unlucky player so far NC Lottery
The example below didn't mean one person submitted all those entries. Just wanted to suggest to you how many entries are in a single drawing overall so you could see the odds. For instance, there are already more than 1.5 million entries, with more to come, for the second-chance Ultimate Millions drawings for $1 million on Nov. 17. And there were more than 240,000 entries for Wednesday's $500 Quick Cash drawing that offered five prizes of $500.

The odds depend on how many entries are made. Some Lucke-Rewards drawings have hundreds of entries. Some have millions of entries. It takes luck to win the prizes.

Sorry you had that experience. The lottery recommends to everyone that they check their tickets when you buy them, just like you check receipts for other products, and if there is an issue customer service at the store is there to help you.
