@Jackie W. - I'd be pissed too. NCEL why are you putting this person through all of this for $50? NOWHERE in any of your prize claim rules or instructions do you require proof of ID for prizes $599 and less. It is not stated in rule 2.03 INSTANT TICKET GAME RULES nor on the claim form for $599 and under. ONLY on prizes of $600 or more are you required to present a valid ID and your webpage and the $600 and above claim form state an ID is required. You don't have a problem with retailers cashing in thousands of dollars in tickets "sold" in their own stores but you're gonna jerk this person around over $50 - what is wrong with you people? NCEL messed up, not them so pay them what they rightly won. NC Lottery
The lottery's procedures are designed to make sure when it is handling claims mailed to the lottery that the prizes are paid to the right person.

Well I just sent in a request for my $50 on a ticket that said no winner. Now the problem is if I was verified of my age at the retailer why do I need to send you workers a copy of license? If you DO NOT trust retailers to verify age DO NOT ALLOW them in lottery. I am 62 for your info and this is just another gimmick yall have come up with. I wish we all would quit this lottery for 2 weeks man it would cause chaos for you all wondering do I have a job just like me wondering am I going to get my money and I sent a receipt with my ticket. THANK YOU for causing his problem I DID NOT but look what I have to go through to get MY MONEY and yes I AM PISSED! NC Lottery
Your claim is being processed and once complete your prize will be mailed back to you. While you should not have had the extra trouble, we hope you can appreciate that the lottery as it handles claims sent in the mail does take steps to verify who people are.

Well I don't know about y'all but I'm about tired of putting all my time and energy into this second chance. I'm tired of lurking back and forth trying to keep up with games, tickets, drawings that seem extra, extra slow going. So I gift to my fellow players one less odds you have to jump across...my participation. My very last games is XtheCash(my points is already stacked) and then I'm done. ?

The Big Money Ticket also doesn't recognize $25 winning tickets. I purchased one yesterday and i scanned it on the app and it said not a winner. Then I went to the store and it said the same thing..i guess I'll have to mail it to Greenville..smh NC Lottery

I have 3 big money ticket winners that are winners but show up as non-winners when scanned. I witnessed 4 people today just scratch the barcode and throw tickets away...only for someone to pick one out of the trash can and reveal that it was a $30 winner. That's a shame..when will this problem be fixed? NC Lottery
As the new Big Money Super Ticket went on sale, it was discovered that two levels of prizes in the game, the $30 and $50 prizes, are not being recognized by the lottery’s gaming system. A fix is underway and the issue will be corrected quickly. All prizes will be paid. Any player with a ticket with a $30 or $50 prize should sign the back of their ticket and return to any lottery retailer to collect their prize.

Tonight my husband and I went to Winner's, our favorite store in Roxboro and we saw they had the big money tickets out, so we bought four. No winners at all on these four but I decided to go back and get two more. I scratched mine and I had a 3x on the cash payout 3 dollar symbols on $5 each a rocket on a $10 cash blast and matched the number 30 on the green cash explosion. I added up $50 and so did he, and I scanned it as well. When I scanned it no winner came up, took to cashier she scanned but would not come up and then she goes scratching the bar code off even more. The asst. manager said to mail it to you guys to correct and I was the second one this evening it happened to. After this happened she pulled the tickets. I DO NOT feel this should be a problem for any of us. Somebody needs to talk to printers and someone should compensate for this problem. Guys get this taken care of there were some upset people because of this. I am sending this, mailing it to you guys like she said for y'all to correct.

It's there. If you are looking under the Draw icon on your dashboard, make sure you have "My Entries" unchecked. It won't show up unless you have entries there. With this new app..I don't see my entries in many second chance drawings like I use to see..like ultimate millions etc and others NC Lottery
Love to help you with that. In both the app and the website, you should click on the Draws icon in the dashboard. There are tabs for each set of drawings — Lucke-Rewards and Second Chance. “My Entries” will default to checked, and the menu will default to “Active.” This view will show all Active Lucke-Rewards drawings the user has entered with a final column under each drawing for “Winner.” To see winners for all drawings, uncheck “My Entries” and select “All” from the drop down menu.

I need a nice win like that. On another note, I am still waiting for a place nearby that sells Keno. I live in southwest Charlotte, close to the SC border, which seems like a great place to snag buyers from SC. Traffic is a beast in Charlotte, for me,a drive to the closest Keno seller can take 20-30 minutes on a good day. NC Lottery
