It is true. I see some of the same names again and again. Even in the second chance drawings. What are the odds with so many of us trying, yet these "lucky" folks keep getting chosen. Hmmmm.

Chris J ---I too have been watching the winners and find it hard to believe that the same players can be winning honestly time and time again. The lottery claims that there are thousand of players through out NC, given that how do these people keep winning? Some within a few weeks since their last. I, like you and many others, have entered every drawing the lottery has...here and on Twitter. Nothing. Ever. Lots of money, time, and dedication wasted. Don't want to be nasty abut it, buts the odds for some are just too amazing.

If you buy tickets when you're out of town why can't you scan them and still get them added to your points is this true? NC Lottery You can. Just use the smartphone app or sign in using your laptop.

I had played uner an old mailing address How can I get them back? and changed my E mail address and now lost all my points NC LotteryIf you call 1-855-767-1863 someone should be able to help you figure out what's going on.

Denver O. Don't waste your time. The same people win over and over. Been here since the start with thousands of entries and haven't won anything. Realize everyone can't win but when you see the names come up you realize something else is going on. No wonder they have made it so confusing so people don't catch on. No matter what game you are playing if you don't live in Raleigh,Charlotte,Fayetteville,or Wilmington area you don't stand a chance unless you are a store owner or worker or illegal. You can spend 100 dollars in this state and probably won't win 5 dollars, but spend $5 in S.Carolina and at least get your money back. Rigged all the way around, so don't your time. I am done with N.Carolina money printing press and with their attempt to tell you it is for the children when the janitors get more benefits than the kids.SHAME ON YOU NORTH CAROLINA

New website is terrible! There is no clear instructions as to how to enter Second Chance numbers. Much fluff but not good function! NC Lottery On the website, click on the Collect icon and once you enter your ticket numbers you are automatically entered into any second-chance drawing associated with that game. On the new app, you can scan the bar code of the ticket to easily get points or enter second-chance drawings.

your new website is awful.I try to enter numbers from tickets for monthly drawings and website is down more than it is available. Hard to navigate around. I hate it.
