It’s a brand new day with a new look, new location and new approach for the N.C. Education Lottery’s website and mobile app.
Our new website is mobile first. That’s because most of you come to us using your mobile device. Whether you are reading us online or from your phone, you’ll find the website easier to read, navigate and just get done what you want to get done.
And yes, as of today, the app has a built-in ticket checking function. You can scan your own tickets to see if you have a winner.
These are big changes and may take a bit of getting used to. So keep a couple of things in mind.
- There’s just one website now, not two. The Lucke-Zone has been retired. Your log-in is the same.
- If you buy draw games on the website, you’ll now do Online Play. It’s no longer called Subscription Services.
- If you participate in our Lucke-Rewards program, you will still access Lucke-Rewards as a member of the Player’s Club.
Your credentials are still good. We did a nice face-lift on our app. We hope you like it. But we did so much new work on it that we can’t just do an update. You can obtain the new NC Lottery Mobile App from your app store.
Apple users can get their new app now. Just search: NC Lottery Official Mobile App. If you are an Android user, the new app should be available within 24 hours.
For giving the new app a try, folks who download the new app and sign in for the first time get a one-time bonus of 500 Lucke-Reward points. Enjoy. Good luck with your entries into our weekly or monthly drawings.
On both the website and the app, you can do everything you used to do. It’s just going to be easier and a better overall experience.
