Hi Howard, If you are wanting to check your ticket to see if it's a winner, you'll need to select the "Check" icon on the top banner. If you are trying to collect Lucke-Rewards points or enter a second-chance drawing, click the "Collect" icon.

Where do you go to see winners of luck rewards winners in the new app on NC lottery page NC Lottery
You can see who won by going to the "User Dashboard" and clicking on the "Draws " icon. Once you're there, uncheck the "My Entries" box and make sure the drop-down menu says "All". Winners names are posted as they claim their prize.

How about starting off the new year with scrapping this 'New Coke' site and returning to the former version? This site sucks now! Oh, yeah, I know, you try to make it look like an app on a phone. That might be fine for a phone but not for my computer. Remember Windows 8? Obviously Microsoft's attempt to do the same thing you're doing now, make it like a phone experience, but I think most people hated it. Besides, I liked the graphics of the former site. It was a real website. This is not! There's an old saying, it it ain't broke, don't fix it. Puh-leazzzzze, go back to the other version!

Is Lucky Rewards won by the number of entries? Been playing for years with no luck, HELP! NC Lottery
Lucke-Reward drawings are conducted so that prizes are awarded randomly. The odds are based on the number of entries that lottery players make using their Lucke-Reward points. Please remember that each drawing is an independent event. So it doesn't matter how many drawings you have entered before. Best of luck to you with your next try.

Thanks for trying to bring the diggi type games to NC. If we could get the online instant type games like Georgia Lottery has such as "5 Card Cash" that would be wonderful too. Those type of instant games are printed at the lottery terminals just like the powerball, megamillions, etc. I always play those when I travel to Georgia for work and enjoy and actually win!! (hint...hint)
