The holiday season is officially here. And that means you probably have a long holiday to-do list.
If it looks something like this…
Holiday To-Do List
· Buy and decorate tree; no popcorn garland. Dog will eat!
· Hang lights; Don’t forget to take down like last year.
· Bake cookies; Add more sugar. Aunt Doris said they tasted like cardboard
· Figure out holiday outfits; Don’t let John wear his superman pajamas (hide them)
· PRESENTS
Don’t worry. This year’s holiday scratch-off tickets make the perfect stocking stuffer or gift so you’ll have one less thing to worry about this holiday season. You can give them to your co-worker at the white elephant party, to your mailman as a ‘thank you’, or to that special someone.
But, it’s important to remember, they are not suitable gifts for everyone. Lottery tickets are not child’s play. Our games are intended for adults 18 and older.
From working with our partners in the area of problem gambling, we know that some who develop a gambling problem report their first experience came when they were young. And to help stop that from happening, we encourage adults to be active partners with us in preventing lottery tickets from ending up in the hands of minors.
