Between the Pick 3 drawing held Tuesday evening and the next one held Wednesday afternoon, players won a combined total of more than $2.7 million in prizes.
First the combination 0-0-0 came up, leading to 3,585 winning tickets splitting $1,244,360 in prizes. Less than 24 hours later, 9-9-9 paid out $1,459,730 more on 4,002 winning tickets.
