You may want to check your prize value amounts for the new taxes paid ticket it shows the wrong value amount for the $2 taxes paid ticket for the top prize amount :0!! NC Lottery The blog moderators do not know what you mean. The top prize fr the $2 Taxes Paid instant ticket is $50,000 after taxes. So, if you win the top prize of $50,000, you walk away with $50,000.

I had over 170 entries for "X The Cash Second Chance" and previously the edrawing date was 4/5/17. I no longer see my entries and the drawing date has changed to 6/7/17. What's going on????? The red ball dropped last night but no second drawing! People think the lottery is already crooked/rigged, do not add fuel to the fire! What happened to the second drawing? It's all real rigged ppl Google it ,you will be amazed !!But everybody hopes to win a dollar ,there is no hope in my deep woods for any winning scratch offs either.I agree with previous reply, God will not grant fraud.Goodluck everyone paying $1 for a miracle ,we all do it. After reading some of the post on the blogs im concerened that ppl are actually bringing Jesus and God into the lottery i can assure that God or Jesus havent a hand in it if anyone is on their knees praying to hit chances are your prayers will not even be concidered and good deeds wont help any either.best thing about the lottery is that hopefullyit will generate enough revenue to bring our teachers salarys up to the receptionist at ncel headquarters i will continue to make contributions to it though hoping that maybe one day ill be in the one in 10000000000 that can hit for more than $2 ive been buying scratch tickets for 12 years and i finally hit for 100 once i played all 10000 combinations in the pic 3 and was still 1 digit off lol just joking so play on NC

I think the second chance drawings are too few and not enough winners .. instead of giving one person say 20,000 ....give 20 people 1000 each. If people win even anything they are more likely to keep playing. NC Lottery Thanks for the suggestion. We try to keep it fun and exciting for everyone. Some people like the big prizes, other players rather have more opportunities to win smaller prizes. But here is some good news for you: In April, we have some good opportunities to win that is a bit similar to what you are suggesting. Ten players will win $2,500, instead of one player winning 25,000. Also, 10 players will win 500 each week of April. We hope your next entry is a lucky one!

I began entering scratch offs in November 2014, and just 2 months later in the January 7,2015 drawing 3 people winning $800.00. I was tickled and have been entering ever since. But since that drawing, I haven't been so lucky. I enjoy it and I will keep entering, hopefully winning again. I live on disability, and believe me I sure put the money to good use,helping me so much. Thankyou Lucke-Zone. BLAZE THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!

I have earned thousand plus points since joining this lucke zone second chance and reward points, yet i have not won a cent.What most surprise me is for every time i enter the drawings, my points are not been allocated to the verear drawings. For each time i checked my entries i see zero(0) I do entered my tickets and then enter every drawings. I know number of points does not mean a person is guarantee to win. but my point should be showing every time i enter the drawings. I have been scanning all my pick 3, pick 4, cash 5, mega million, powerball, and a scratch offs, and entering into these drawings. I want to know how do NCEL pick the winners??? NC Lottery Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings are scheduled for certain days and are held when drawing security and audit staff are available to follow specific, rigorous procedures to conduct the random drawings. There are hundreds of thousands of Lucke-Zone members making many entries into the random drawings. Sometimes we have over a million entries. The more entries you make into a drawing, the more chances you have to win. But having even just one entry in a drawing gives you a chance to win. We hope your next entry is a lucky one!

Hello, I have an idea for a future game for Lucke-zone. You already do second chance but what about a REAL second chance. Enter a losing scratch-off for a second chance to instantly win. Prizes don't have to be in the thousands but it would be nice to get a check from NCEL for $50 or $100. ALOT of people enter their tickets on LUCKE-ZONE and have never won , me being one of those people. Just an idea to get more involved. NC Lottery Thanks for the suggestion. We'll make sure to pass the suggestion along to the right people :) We currently have three second chance promotions similar to what you described: Ultimate Millions, Extreme Millions, and X The Cash. New second chance promotions and specialty drawings come out throughout the year, so hopefully your next entry will end up being a lucky one!

Hey Oreo. Best advice I can give you, notsolilbit and other players is .. be as an informed player as you can be!! The info is out there. If you want to play a draw game get the pamphlets from the stores & read them from front to back. KNOW YOUR OPTIONS.

To any doubters out there curious about the multi state (23) game of luckyforlife . According to their web site. Since the game started in Jan. 2015 there have been 7 winners of the top prize & 92 winners of the 2nd tier prize of $25k a year for life. NC Lottery Thanks, Turbo!
