Hi there, Ruby. The blog moderators are not sure which promotion you are referencing. Drawings are done on Wednesday, and the first attempt to contact the winner is usually done within 48 hours. Sometimes winners claim the same day, and other times it might take more time. The winners board is not updated until the winner has claimed his/her prize. Hope that helps!

Hey there LZ!! Just wanted to comment on the earlier post by LBROWN. I too have seen the same message come up when cashing in a scratch off ticket. A few have said on the display screen, "already cashed". Luckily for me, I scratched mine without even leaving the store, so the cashier knew that it was wrong. They honored the winning prizes. What if I had taken them home to scratch them though?? And I also entered them into the second chance to get my points too. Would that be the cause of it maybe? NC Lottery

It's me again. Thanks for the customer service number, but this happened at two grocery stores. Still feels like software testing blips on the new machines. I played a few more and got the "See Retailer message.." and checked others that said "Previously Cashed" instead of "Already Cashed." It happened to another friend playing and the retailer gave her money back to her. They didn't do that for me... probably because I play the $30 scratchers. Thanks again... NC Lottery
