‘Frenzy’ scratch-offs are jam-packed with prizes

We always look forward to First Tuesday. But it’s even more exciting this month because it falls on the Fourth of July. And – like the anticipation of fireworks getting ready to light up the sky – you’re going to want to brace yourself for the Frenzy scratch-offs that are hitting stores just in time for the celebrations.

Like all instant games, Frenzy scratch-offs have great top prizes to play for. But what makes these tickets special is they are loaded with more prizes that could make your day.

- $2,500 Frenzy is a $10 game with more than $5 million in $2,500 prizes. It starts with four top prizes of $1 million.

- $500 Frenzy is a $5 game with more than $6 million in $500 prizes. It starts with six top prizes of $200,000.

- $100 Frenzy is a $2 game with more than $5.1 million in $100 prizes. It starts with six top prizes of $20,000.

- $50 Frenzy is a $1 game with more than $2.3 million in $50 prizes. It starts with eight top prizes of $5,000.

And for those who like to take their time to scratch, Frenzy Crossword could be just the ticket. At $3 per play, the game starts with four top prizes of $75,000 and more than $2.5 million in $30 prizes.

When answering MACMILLION on 7/10/17 about $500 Frenzy tickets, LUCKE-ZONE replied that 148,400 tickets with $500 prizes in a week. Please check math that would be $74,200,000.00. Impossible!NC Lottery
You're absolutely right - the $742,000 in $500 prizes came on 1,485 tickets. Sorry for the mistake. Dividing $742,000 by 5 instead of 500 makes a big difference!

I have bought about 7 $500 frenzy tickets($5) and absolutely nothing. I bought in different counties. This leads me to believe that tens of thousands of losers must be sold 1st and then they will release the some of the winners. I never buy on 1st Tuesday again. NCEL PLEASE relay this to the printer of the scratch off's. STOP putting these $1 prizes on tickets when you win if it is anything but a $1 ticket. I got the "Stack" WIN ALL on the new "$500 Frenzy" ticket and what do you know $1's ticket did not even play music. They can be more creative than that!!!!!! Give me one number with $5 under it and be done with it. When you continue to frustrate the players you will start to see a decrease in sales and it won't be like "All or Nothing" the whole lottery will go down hill. Just keeping it real.NC Lottery

I for one miss Turbo! I was fortunate enough to read his limerick regarding the train ride to frustration. I found it informative, educational, and humorous. Turbo, don't take it personal, big brother is always watching and sometimes they get over zealous with the little authority they are given. Here are some wins from subscription sales: a $5,000 Lucky for Life winner, a $15,000 Mega Millions winner, a $20,000 Powerball winner, and a $149,970 Cash 5 jackpot winner. Please remember. How you buy your ticket has nothing to do with whether you win or not. You have the same chance of winning playing through subscription as buying a ticket at a store. Good luck!

The first notification goes to the email you use with your Lucke-Zone account so keep that up-to-date. The lottery will also send a certified letter. So the lottery misses you with the email and phone call, you'll still get the letter. We want everyone to get the prizes they win.

In the Cary/Morrisville area, we can scan Draw Tickets and the Lottery Machine will tell us whether it is a Winner or not. However for about a week now, whenever we scan Instant Tickets there is a message "Please See Retailer for Further Information". When will we be able to use the Machines again to determine if Instant Tickets are Winners? NC Lottery

Oh by the way the kiosk machines are so great, now I don't have to stand in line waiting for a cashier to sell me one,looking judgmental. Course all store cashiers are not like that, just a few hateful ones who don't want to be bothered. Reason I said that is one at a local grocery store said looks like you wouldn't want to waste your money, like it was hers.

Hopefully this will help you! When you scan a ticket associated with a second chance drawing, you are automtically entered. To use the points you have accumulated, you must use those points to enter promotions. Each promotion has a number of points required for an entry. You click on the promotion you want to enter and then it will take you to the entry page for that promotion. You can also learn more about it here: https://www.lucke-zone.com/Help.aspx.

Hi there, ChocolateChip. Hopefully this will help. The game launched three years ago, making the game almost 90% sold. So it is not as heavily stocked as newer tickets because most of the tickets have been sold. Once the top prize is claimed, the NCEL will begin the process of ending the game. Good luck!

I won the cash five in 2011 and small amounts since but, 2017 scratch offs has been looking up I hit Ruby Red for a thousand in April and extreme millions for a thousand this past week. Folks, the $2500 a week for life card is my favorite. It is far to find. I am wondering, once that last prize is given out do you plan on reprinting that card and keeping it a core card or will it go away like the 5K a week did? I sure hope not. Its a good card. NC Lottery
