I hope someone had the foresight to combine all of the lottery's web sites into the new one. 4 sites (lucke-zone.com, nclottery.com, nc-educationlottery.org and lotterync.net) to maintain is not efficient at all. You have to pay for 4 domain names and additional software licenses and maintain multiple servers which increases overall IT costs. That's like having 4 dishwashers; 1 for plates, 1 for silverware, 1 for pots & pans, and 1 for cups and glasses.NC Lottery
When our new website launches, everything will live under the nclottery.com address. For a time, the old URL's will simply redirect to the primary address - those won't "wash any dishes" - they will just "point to the dishwasher." A lot has changed since late 2005 when the original team got the lottery off the ground and since the players' club was originally conceived :-)

Why is it all you folks think about is winning a lottery ? What is it about a lottery that makes people put their money into it and probably lose it all,Well I can tell you its not please put your money into money market accounts or invest into stocks you will gain more and more there .. NC Lottery

LZ - nclottery.com is a redirect to nc-educationlottery.org which is the official site. Don't think it's a good idea to send folks to a redirect as it may introduce confusion for those less savy with the interweb. Just sayin'.NC Lottery
We set up the redirect because we're in the final stage of putting together our new mobile-friendly website that will live under the primary nclottery.com URL. The longer nc-educationlottery.org URL will get phased out.

A new mobile-friendly version of our website is in the works. But you can still go to nclottery.com, click on Games and choose Instant Games, and then click on any game to scroll down to see a table of all the prizes at every level still out there. Good luck!

Hey there Phil. It takes luck to win any prizes, big or small. Even though the odds are 1 in 4, that doesn't mean that every fourth ticket is a winner. The odds of winning on a scratch-off ticket are for the entire printing run of the game. Each time you buy a ticket, you have to beat the odds in order to win a prize. Buying multiple tickets is never a guarantee of winning. Sometimes, all you need is one ticket to win. All instant games are audited before and after the game to ensure the game is as advertised. What time are the lucky rewards drawings on their draw dates? Are the lucky rewards drawings viewable via live stream or any other method? I am confused. NC Lottery
Hey there Ryan. Currently, we do not offer live streams of the drawings. The Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings are scheduled for certain days and are held when drawing security and audit staff are available to follow specific procedures to conduct the random drawings. Some days there are more drawings than others. Then there are the daily drawings and other responsibilities that those teams have to take care of. We always do our best to respond to questions on social media. But the primary source for answers to questions is to call our customer service team at 877-962-7529 between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hope this clarifies things for you!

Hey there, Jtr0865. Great question! Second-chance drawings use a random number generator according to specific security procedures. To make sure everything is fair, an auditor is present at all lottery drawings and all the lottery’s security practices are independently reviewed on a regular basis. The more entries you make into a drawing, the more chances you have to win. But having even just one entry in a drawing gives you a chance to win. Hope this helps!
