Hey, Panther fans. Who would like to watch the Panthers take on the Minnesota Vikings this December? This special promotion will give nice seats to this game to 10 lucky winners.

The entry period opens today and goes until Oct. 8. The drawing is scheduled for Oct. 11.

How do you enter?

You must be a member of the Player’s Club and have the minimum required points to participate.
Sign into your Player’s Club account on nclottery.com and use Lucke-Rewards points for entries.
Ten points will earn you one entry into the drawing.

I was wondering the same as Winner2b, is there any way we could find out thru NCEL which retailer has a particular scratch off? It's costly to drive around looking for them. Thanks in advance..NC Lottery
The best thing to do is call a store and see if they have the ticket you're looking for.

My 13 year old grandson Solomon helps his mom take care of his 11 year old autistic brother who don't talk and is on a feeding tube. I would love to surprise him and take him to meet Cam up close. This would be a nice gift. He is a great kid who NEVER COMPLAIN.

Why do some of the second chance points be more than the card is worth? Example..I entered $5 Ticket and it gave me 25 points instead of 5 points.NC Lottery
The number of points awarded on each ticket will vary. A ticket will earn at least the same number of points as the price of the ticket. For example, a $5 scratch-off ticket will earn at least 5 points. However, sometimes tickets may earn more points as a bonus. Enjoy your points!

Most retailers don't have the room, nor do the machines. So you guys end up pulling OLD tickets back in & destroying them when they still have top prizes left. It's a common theme played out over and over year after year. Coming out with NEW tickets every 2-3 months would be fine. Some will agree, some won't, that's just my 2cents worth....." I feel the same way. This 1st Tuesday thing is like a bait and switch scam. If anything, more people should come together and boycott at least on that day. Hey people, there is power in numbers. If we express and show our dissatisfaction, perhaps the NCEL will get the message, and start at least putting more winning tickets out here. More winners is a lot better than more of the same losing tickets for real.

I agree Turbo , totally. Rarely buy the first LOSEday tickets until the number of tickets left dwindle down and still have some top prizes left. Then, by that time and before ya' know it, they get yanked. :(

QUESTION? Was wondering what mail service is used when an L-Z winner is notified is it USPS/FED-EX/UPS OR other???NC Lottery
If a player doesn't respond by email or phone, we will send a certified letter through the United States Postal Service.
