The new Queen of Hearts, and $50 or $100 scratch offs cannot be entered in the second chance with the numbers. Once the numbers are entered in and you hit "enter," The site says in red letters. "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." When scanning the card at the retailer, it DOES tell you whether or not you are a winner. Could someone check into this please? Thank you!

Hello ncel I was just looking through y'alls page and sold it the last time y'all had any pictures up was in 2013 kind of makes you think that y'all don't put as much effort into your website as you should. I'm not trying to cause any waves I'm just hoping I'm not answering all these ticket numbers for nothing besides that I love you website I like entering the codes I think that's fun for Second Chance drawing it's awesome and even a drawing on top of the second chance drawing is awesome I just thought the pictures was kind of odd since the last time y'all had one was 2013 thanks from a lottery player NC Lottery
Hi there. We are currently working on a new website, which is scheduled to launch this Fall. We also noticed that none of our players liked our picture pages, so we started posting pictures and videos after events directly on our social channels and through blog posts. The information is all there, we just try to share information(like pictures) with our players in ways they prefer.

Am I imagining things, it appears that some of my entries have gone missing for the extreme millions second chance drawing. Do these entries expire before the drawing. If not, why are some of my entries disappearing? If I'm wrong please correct me. NC Lottery
We do not think that is the problem! If you entered those entries before April 30, then those entries were entered into the first drawing. If you entered after April 30, then the entries were entered into the second drawing. We haven't done the weekly winner list in a while because we were also trying to mix some things up and see how you guys like a video wrap-up. We try to keep things fun and exciting to our players, so we wanted to try something new. But we are glad to see some of our players miss the weekly wrap-up blogs :)
