For anyone having issues scanning you tickets your tickets into the Lucke zone website, try uninstalling your app and install it again. That worked for me.

Tina- A player has 30 days to claim their prize after they've been contacted. We reach out them by email, phone, and certified letter if necessary. Once that time has passed, we will choose an alternate winner.

Winners are normally notified within 48 hours after the drawing occurs. They'll receive an email/and or phone call. When they claim their prize, we'll publish their name on the "Winners" section of the site.

Hi there! he had the option of taking an annuity, or he could take the lump sum. He chose the lump sum. Also, we withhold the minimum federal and state taxes on any win, so that would have happened regardless. Hope that helps clarify!

I read the Winner Notification statement on the LuckeReward Rewards, however; I am still not clear on the notification. Are the actual winners contacted on the day of the drawing? In short, if you did not receive an email today for the September Sparkles drawing then you did not win? NC Lottery
No worries! That's why we are here. Winners are typically notified within 48 hours after a draw. So just because you did not receive an email yesterday, it does not necessarily mean you did not win. :) Good luck!

@turbo...first I heard about this keno stuff in NC. know nothing about it but will google it. Per being fair, when I stopped at the food lion in Asheboro that closed at 10 pm they had shut down their lottery ticket machine by 9.pm. that night. So, it depends on how whomever runs their buz. operation ... when it comes to closing down/opening up ... as to how they will run the lottery stuff on an individual basis but yeah, I get your point. ( they for sure will not cater to the NC lottery to change their practices) :) LZ...can this keno stuff be watched live online ? NC Lottery
Hi there, NotSharon. You're right. Just like when the lottery started, retailers decide whether or not they want to sell our games. As keno increases in popularity, more retailers will sign on to sell the game :)

your scratch off prizes are out of touch.like extreme millions.why give 22 $1,000,000 and 4 $10,000,000 prizes when you could give 620 people $100,000 dollars.minimum prize should be$60.00, drop the 30,4050,100,200,300,400,1000,2000,5000 and combine them into a single $10,000 prize. no one buysa scratch off to just get their money back.If they win $60.00 they probably would by another ticket and keep their original$30.00 outlay.probably increase ticket sells.I have never won much of anything on the tickets I purchased and so I just quit buying them. when you have 4 $10,000,000 prizes one goes to the coast, one goes to Raleigh Durham area,one goes to the Piedmont/charlotte area and one goes to the mountains or Asheville area.so you know what box they are in and you control where they go.kinda smells fishy eh!

It will be interesting to see how this Keno game plays/works. There is only 0ne establishment within miles & miles of where I live that is going to have Keno. The tavern part that they just installed the TV in to show the drawings doesn't even open till noon & closes around 10pm. So why have a drawing every 5 minutes from 5AM until 1AM ??? The owner said he is not going to open early or close late just so a few locals can play Keno. Did the NCEL think this through. It is not fair to have 7000 places sell lottery tickets but only 700 sell Keno.. Like another player said, how we going to know where to play with out driving from town to town wasting time & gas to find out? NC Lottery

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Winners" Once you are on the winners page, scroll down to the title "second-chance drawings" and the drop down box to your right will say "Active" and you will want to change that to "All" You should find the all the winner lists for every second-chance drawing, including the Jeep promotion.
