I assume you are talking about me!i was just as shocked as you!hint;I saved and collected them tickets for a whole year.saved them and figured my best chance to win was on the last drawing.i had thousands of tickets saved..wish you luck this year..p.s. I already have hundreds saved on the new ones

So as I predicted in the 1/26/18 blog more repeat winners were awarded in February! The X The Cash Second Chance February 2nd drawing produced a repeat winner and what is even more remarkable is both wins are in the X The Cash. So ponder this; 929,673 LZ members, ~4.5 million and ~5.6 million entries in the respective drawings and a repeat winner is drawn? Rewards weekly drawings also produced another repeat winner. February has been good to some lucky folks...
