Sandra Ramsey of Charlotte won $2,700 playing Pick 4. The school bus driver used a combination of loved one's birthdays to win the prize in the Feb. 4 drawing. She couldn't believe it when she found out. "I started smiling it felt so good," Ramsey said. She plans to use the money to pay bills. Congratulations Sandra!
