We’re giving away $1,000 to three lucky fans over the next three weeks. To enter the promotion, watch our Lucky For Life videos on Facebook and comment letting us know what you would do with $1,000 a day for life.

What location do you dream of visiting? Is it the beach, or maybe a cabin in the mountains? Do you like to relax, or go on adventures?

Visit our Facebook page now and comment on our Lucky for Life video to let us know what you would do with a lifetime supply of cash. Remember to stop by our Facebook page each Thursday for the next three weeks for another chance to comment.

I have been trying to enter my tickets for the past couple of days but it keeps saying that the site is under maintenance. What is going on? Will they extend the deadline for entering tickets in the drawings? When will the system be back up?NC Lottery
Hi Della, We're sorry for the continued inconvenience. Some of our players are having issues accessing the mobile app. Our web team is trying to find a solution, but you should be able to enter drawings through our desktop website.

Hello I have had luck rewards app for over 6 years it will pull app up but will not let me enter tickets check tickets or anything I took the app off downloaded again and it's still not working can someone help plz NC Lottery

Hi, I am curious as to why the ticket machines inside of grocery stores which require you to scan your NC ID will only accept NC Drivers Licenses and NOT official NC DMV State ID cards? Seems a bit odd and it definitely discriminates against those who only have the state ID. I would like to hear with the NCEL has to say on that issue? NC Lottery
Hi Betty, our vending machines should be able to accept you NC ID card. Can you please confirm that you tried to scan the lower barcode on the back of the ID? The top barcode would not work. If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we'll work with our tech support team to address the issue.
