Hi Della, We're sorry for the continued inconvenience. Some of our players are having issues accessing the mobile app. Our web team is trying to find a solution, but you should be able to enter drawings through our desktop website.

Hi, I am curious as to why the ticket machines inside of grocery stores which require you to scan your NC ID will only accept NC Drivers Licenses and NOT official NC DMV State ID cards? Seems a bit odd and it definitely discriminates against those who only have the state ID. I would like to hear with the NCEL has to say on that issue? NC Lottery
Hi Betty, our vending machines should be able to accept you NC ID card. Can you please confirm that you tried to scan the lower barcode on the back of the ID? The top barcode would not work. If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we'll work with our tech support team to address the issue.
