All of our Lucke-Rewards and Second Chance draw dates are listed on the "Draws" page. There you can see the entry deadline and then next to it you will find the drawing date. Hope this helps!

Jerry B. I feel you, seems like Fayetteville gets a lot of second chance winners. I'm in the jacksonville area and I've seen maybe 1 winner from jacksonville in over a year. Hoping to hit something after 2 years of playing... But I doubt it... seems rigged... NC LotteryHey Karl, All of our Second Chance drawings are conducted with an auditor present, using our certified random number generator according to the same security standards and procedures as other promotional drawings. Remember, having just one entry gives you a chance to win!

Why can't you play pick 4 and pick 3 online. I think this would be a great convenience for seniors and disabled who aren't always feeling up to a trip to the store.NC LotteryThanks for the suggestion, Renee. Hi - I went to the "User dashboard" and clicked on the "Draw" icon. Made sure the "Second-Chance" tab was selected, and made sure the box that says "my entries" was unchecked, but I still cannot see the winners from the recent Multiply the Cash drawing, where the last entry date was 5/31/18. Is there another way to see the winners? Used to be able to see them, but now. Just curious, and keep hoping! Thanks.

Why are there so many winners in second chance and monthly drawing coming from Fayetteville NC and the area surrounding Fayetteville? In my opinion, Looking at the data of winners, That area wins a disproportionate amount of these drawings?

Congrats to all of the winners. You all were able to beat the odds. Time to enjoy it. The Extreme Millions Second chance needs to hurry up and get here. The first drawing was held 4 months after start date. The second drawing was held 5 months after the start date. We are currently in the 5th month after the start for the 3rd drawing. Seeing the trend that these drawings are taking, I am expecting to wait 2 more months, so the end date should be August 31st. I am going to win this one. It is my turn to beat the odds of something like 1:1,000,000. I don't know how many entries there are so I am unable to be precise. How many entries for the current Extreme Millions Second Chance Drawing are there so far? NC LotteryMichael- Right now there are over 915,000 in that entry.

Why is it that a larger number of Break even prizes are put in the black communities,oppose to that of White communities? NC Lottery Charles- Tickets are distributed at random. No one knows where the winning tickets are located.

Why is it that sometimes a scratch off is so hard to scratch? For instance, the Silver and Gold crosswords are easy to scratch, but the Spicy Hot crosswords are extremely aggravating to deal with. NC LotteryMelody- Our games are each individually designed. Some tickets are made out of different materials which would account for how much effort is required to scratch them. We hope that all of our players enjoy playing the different games.
