The first time you sign in, you’ll be asked to verify your information and agree to new terms and conditions. You will also have the option to verify your account for Online Play. If you choose to verify your identity, you’ll be eligible for the Welcome Bonus. We’ll match 50% of your first deposit in the new experience up to $100. This bonus is available to all Online Play users.
Every player will get 100 Lucke-Rewards points when they confirm their information, and those who verify their identity will receive an additional 100 points!
Once you confirm your information, it’s time to check out the new features.
Head to the Player Dashboard located at the top right hand side of your screen. When you click, you’ll see a different layout that’s easier to navigate. You’ll see primary account details such as points balance, wallet balance, and drawing entries. There are also links to your balance, Lucke-Rewards activities and histories, and account details.
If you click on the My Account option on the Player Dashboard, you’ll be able to find all of your Online Play information. You can see your purchase history, and manage your purchases. You can also take advantage of the new Auto Renewal feature which lets you set up recurring purchases for your favorite games every few weeks so you never miss a draw.
We’ve added an exciting opportunity for players to earn extra points. All you have to do is click on the Earn Points icon on the Player Dashboard. This will direct you to a page where you’ll find interactive games and activities that give you points just for participating. It’s a free and fun way to get extra points.
Lottery Mobile App:
In order to bring you these exciting features at your fingertips we’ll need you to take a few moments and update your mobile app. If you’re an iOS user with automatic updates turned on, your app will automatically update. Otherwise, just pop into the App store to update. If you have an Android, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. You can click here for instructions on how to install the fresh new app from our site.

Where is the accountability for this poor transition to a supposed “new and improved” app and experience? The deadline of October 28th was not met, there are multiple functionality issues and I simply want to scan my tickets. Who are the decision makers behind this terrible experience?
