You’re going to have plenty of reasons to be thankful when you see what you could win in November.

Get ready to Gobble Up the Green when you enter our monthly Lucke-Rewards drawing. One lucky player will win $50,000. This is the largest single Lucke-Rewards prize we’ve ever given away. You have until Nov. 30 to get your entries in. We’ll choose the winner on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

If you need some extra cash for your Thanksgiving feast, enter the Lucke-Rewards Money Madness weekly drawing. Each week, 25 players will win $100.

What better side dish for your meal than a helping of football? We’re going to give five players a Carolina Panthers experience. Each winner will receive two lower level tickets to watch the Carolina Panthers take on the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, Dec. 29. Winners will also get access for two to the pre-game South Lawn Hospitality Village and a $2,000 Visa Gift Card. You have until Nov. 10 to get your entries in. We’ll choose the winners on Wednesday Nov. 13.

If you’re gearing up for the holiday shopping season already, make sure you enter the Holiday Second-Chance drawing. One player will win $50,000, five players will win $10,000, and 50 will win $500.

And finally, be sure to get your entries in for the second Supreme Riches Second-Chance drawing. One player will win $1 million. Four will win $10,000 and 50 will win $200. You have until Nov. 30 to get your entries in for both of these drawings. We’ll choose the winner on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

@ Joe H. The below is the response i received on asking that same question. Pitiful that these computer geeks could not include this-so get yourself a pen and a piece of paper and keep track of it yourself. Pitiful! NCEL Response. Hi Jim, you are right.This is a feature that unfortunately didn't transfer over from our old website.In your player dashboard right above where it says "My Account", you should be able to check your individual entries for Lucke Rewards, but unfortantely not your total cumulative entries.To obtain your total, you'll just have to do a little math :)

I realize we can count the points, and do the Math under draw entries. Why not show the total number of entries ? NC Lottery

So sorry you are having issues with the new layout of our website. Head to the Player Dashboard located at the top right hand side of your screen. When you click, you’ll see a different layout that’s easier to navigate. You’ll see primary account details {(click on My Account) such as points balance, wallet balance, and drawing entries. There are also links to your balance, Lucke-Rewards activities and histories, and account details. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your help, NCEL. I am able to log in in Chrome now. Overall, I like the new layout. In Chrome everything works very fast. However, I need your help with the other issue. Every 15 minutes I get logged out of the system. I want to stress that it happens WHILE I USE IT. Sometimes I am in the middle of entering ticket, and all of a sudden, I get logged out. Every 15 minutes. Very, very annoying. What should I do?NC Lottery
Thanks for letting us know about this, Tatiana. We have passed it along to our team to investigate. For right now, we suggest refreshing your page in between submitting tickets just to ensure that the site is recognizing that you are active.

They sure have! Typically, our team notifies the winners within 48 hours of the draw day. So, all of the winners should have been notified by the end of the day on Friday. The website should be updated soon.

I can't log in in Chrome. You suggested clearing cache and restarting the browser. I did so, and there is no change. I can log in Edge. However, every 15 minutes I get logged out by the system and asked to log in again. This is very annoying. I am getting logged out while I am active on the site entering tickets.NC Lottery
Hi Tatiana, Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try enabling all cookies in Chrome. Many players have reported that doing that will resolve the issue. One of our primary concerns is to keep your private information safe. This means that your account will automatically sign out if you don’t use it for approximately 15 minutes. This is a measure that will help protect your information.

Whoa - With the new Website, I cannot Redeem as many Points as I want to for Entries in any given drawing like I could with the prior Website. When I click on "Redeem" my choices are to Redeem 1 through 10 Entries or a last Amount which represents all my Points. So if say I had 3000 Points and wanted to split them 1000 each among Gobble Up the Green, Carolina Panthers Experience and Money Madness, I would have to do 10 Entries at a time for Each - which would take a lot of time - or use All my Entries for just one of them. Please fix this pronto so we have the same functionality as the prior website on which we could specify how many of our Points we wanted to use for Entries - and not be limited to 1-10 Entries or All Points with the new website. Thank you!

Hi Rogelio. Welcome to the site. Click on your user name at the top right corner of your page and click on the "redeem points". You can redeem your points to enter into active drawings for prizes. With the new and improved site, we added new ways for you to earn additional points.

As far as the minimum bets, as a part of our new Online Play system, we updated our policies to include a $5 minimum purchase amount to help counter transaction fees. NCEL, I have two items: First item, for the Gobble Up the Green, wouldn't it be better to have multiple winners of varying prize levels? The odds of winning the drawing are similar to the other games offered by NCEL. RARE! The second item is, where do I find my total entries for the Gobble Up the Green, or any Luck-e entries. In the old format it showed you right there on the page, now all I see is an icon I click and enter on the redeem popup window. NC Lottery

Hi William, You can enter up to 75 tickets per day into your NC Lottery account. So, if all 75 tickets you entered had a second-chance drawing associated with them, you would receive 75 tickets worth of Lucke-Rewards points and 75 second-chance entries. Hope this helps clarify things.

If you do not like the 5 Dollar minimum then go to a store and spend what you want.there are somethings to complain about and there is really only one important thing in life and that is life.pay a visit to duke childrens hospital and you will change your outlook on what is important. lucky rewards does not cost anything,it is a bonus.

When I log-in online, I get "money mode" which covers the screen in yellow and I can not exit it and other functions do not work as they should. Also, unlike the old phone app, I have to enter my log-in credentials each time I open the app which is annoying. Hi Lisa- If you are using Online Play, if you're one of the winners, you'll receive a pop-up notification the moment you log into your account, you'll also receive an email notification. If you are a Lucke-Rewards or Second-Chance winner, you'll receive an email or phone call notifying you that you won.
