The gift giving season is in full swing so we’re wrapping up extra chances for you to win this December.

If you need some extra holiday shopping money, enter our Lucke-Rewards Pocket Payout weekly drawing. One lucky player will win $500 each week.

You can make your holiday merry and bright by entering our Reindeer Riches monthly Lucke-Rewards drawing. If you’re lucky, you could be one of 25 players to win $5,000. Now that would make a nice present under the tree.

It might not be a white Christmas, but for one lucky player, it’s going to be a blue one. We’re giving away a Duke Basketball rivalry game experience. One winner will get two game tickets to the Duke Vs. Carolina basketball game on Saturday, March 7 at Cameron Indoor stadium. In addition to game tickets, the winner will receive a parking pass and access for two to the pre-game hospitality at the Washington Duke Inn, which includes a pre-game meal. The winner will also receive a Coach K autographed basketball and a $500 Visa gift card.

For some extra holiday cheer, be sure to check out the ‘Earn Points’ section of Lucke-Rewards. We’ve added new activities that will let you play and earn points.

And finally, if you buy a draw game ticket during the month of December, you could win a coupon good for one free game of Keno. Eligible games include Pick 3, Pick 4, Cash 5, Lucky For Life, Powerball, and Mega Millions.

Good catch, Robert! That's a typo on the winner's page. It should be $5,000, not $500. We'll have our web team get that fixed right away.

You can view the winners that have claimed so far by visiting the Lucke-Rewards page, clicking the "Past Drawings & Winners" tab, then choosing the Reindeer Riches drawing and clicking the "Winners" button. Christmas isn't the only holiday at this time of year so using "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas" makes much more sense unless a person is specifically talking about Christmas.

The first notification goes to the email you use with your NC Lottery account--so be sure to keep that up-to-date. If we don't hear back, we will follow up with a phone call and will even send a certified letter. We want to do everything we can to help make sure everyone gets their prizes when they win.

Hi John, To enter the Holiday Second-Chance drawing, all you have to do is scan an eligible holiday ticket for Lucke-Rewards points. By doing that, you'll be automatically entered into the drawing! Good luck.

The app needs work. It used to credit points immediately, now it takes a while, sometimes. If you've been off a while, it disappears immediately when you access it and have to try again. Everything is also SO bland compared to the old one. Why don't we have confetti anymore when scanning winners? Why no colorful banners for 2nd chance? And one of the worst, already mentioned repeatedly by others, is WHY only 10 entries at a time? It's either that or the total points you have period. How about fixing all this stuff?NC Lottery

Hi Sharon, Our Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings are held using a certified random number generator in the presence of an auditor. All of the entries are assigned a random number and then the generator picks one of those numbers. Hope this helps!
