Something has to be done abiutre tailers taking customers winnings. Specially the Vape stores. They are telling they have non winnings and claim later. The people Thai don't know and believe them. Give them scanners to verify tickets. Then call their friends to claim. NC Lottery

How would I know if I won lucke-rewards drawing. NC Lottery
Hey Steven, when winners are selected in Second Chance drawings they are typically notified by email within 48 hours. So for a drawing held on a Wednesday, winners can expect a message by 5 p.m. Friday. If a winner doesn't respond to email notification, we'll follow up with a telephone call and, if necessary, send certified mail.

Hi Felicia, if you're referring to our Money Madness drawing then yes, it was held on 11/27 as scheduled and our team has notified all the winners. We announce a winner’s name only after he or she has responded to a notification and completes the claim process. We understand why folks are eager to find out who won but, until a prize is claimed, we don’t officially have a winner. Stay tuned.

I am Wondering what the rules are to block a number from being played. Is there a maximum cash amount or number of times a number has been played for any one draw? I have been trying to play 222, 555, and 999 for the past week and they never go through. NC Lottery
Hi Angela, that's a great question! Sometimes with popular numbers, the “liability limit” is reached, meaning enough players have selected a number that the lottery must stop sales of that number for that draw. The reason for this is to ensure we can pay out the prize money should those numbers hit! Hope this helps.
