New month, new rewards!

We have two Lucke-Rewards drawings starting in April. Earth Day Green carries a prize of $20,000 which might make your spring a whole lot greener.

Our other drawing is a familiar one to most of you. 10 Win Quick Cash, like its nearly identical twin, 5 Win Quick Cash, has four weekly drawings taking place in April and early May. You have a chance to be 1 of 40 lucky $100 winners! If you want to see when each weekly drawing will happen, look for more details on our ‘Promotions and Drawings’ page on Monday.

You can enter the Earth Day Green and 10 Win Quick Cash drawing by using your Lucke-Rewards points. By the end of our April promotions, we will have one Earth Day Green and 40, 10 Win Quick Cash Lucke-Rewards winners. Will you be one? Only one way to find out!

1008 entries at 20 points a pop 1$ per point.. Couldnt even break even. I doubt anyone else spent 20,000$ worth of points to win. You just lost my business

Nothing fishy here! In general, it takes our team 48 hours to process and notify the winners for our Lucke-Rewards drawings. So for the drawing that took place on Wednesday, winners can expect to receive word by the end of the day today. You can always find a list of past winners over on the "Draws" page: https://rewards.nclottery.com/drawings. Once winners are notified, that page will be updated to say "winner notified". As winners respond and claim their prizes, the page will be updated to include the winner's name. Hope this helps!

NCLZ..so if I enter a drawing/ entry 10 times at once..does this assign 10 different entry numbers. Or the same number with 10 entries NC Lottery
Great question, Angie. When you submit your entries, you will receive one confirmation number for all of them. However, once the drawing takes place each entry is assigned its own unique number and then a Random Number Generator picks one.

@KEVIN D.: Sorry to hear you aren't having more luck, Kevin. To ease your concerns, we can assure you that there is no "meeting qualifications protocol" when selecting a winner. The Random Number Generator assigns each entry a random number and then picks one of the random numbers. There are no names input into the RNG. It has no idea which players have entered, who they are or if they deserve to win more than anyone else. The results are totally random and fair to everyone.

I have to say; I really lost faith in all this second chance drawing stuff.. in the past year, I have participated in a ton of drawings and faithfully entering every single day with over several thousand entries according to what I have seen in my personal totals and NOT one time have I won a single prize! I’m not one to make assumptions, but something isn’t right.. there is either a flaw in the system which I must say, I personally have NEVER trusted computers when it comes to anything to do with the lottery and how there drawn. I just don’t trust them! Anyway, it was kind of a cool concept but NOT worth the MANY let downs. I still feel that either the Lottery office is using some sort of ‘meeting/qualifications protocol’ and when a winner is chosen and DONT meat said guidelines they move on to the next which isn’t fair in my opinion. I say if you put in the time and follow the rules and are chosen as a winner than you should get the prize. That simple!

Please correct your use of it's in the second paragraph. Use its for possession; use it's for "it is." Please don't promote the incorrect use of English. And yes, make the playing field more fair. These "super-lucky" people who are winning multiple times in your drawings are really discouraging to the rest of us! There's even someone in our town who is offering to buy Scratch-Off tickets (used) on Craigslist!

Should reduce number of entries from 75 to 35 per day. If you review winners on second chance drawings you see several repeat winners on monthly drawings????--sounds like some individuals have hook ups with stores. 35 entries gives better odds of winning like it was at the beginning. Thank You

ON THE PICK 4 GAME THE EXACT NUMBER PLAY SHOULD INCLUED THE ONE OFF OPTION FOR A DOLLAR MORE THAT WAY YOU CAN WIN IF THE NUMBER COMES OUT EXACT FOR 5000.00 ARE ONE OFF FOR 300.00, 40.00, 26.00 AND 56.00 CAUSE DOESNT SEEM FAIR IF THE NUMBER COMES OT EXACT YOU DON'T WIN ON IT

In the retailer contract under duties & conditions of retailer #4a it states retailer will offer all available games for sale to the public.Then why dont retailers have available all games to the public. Some just sale keno, some dont sale scratch off, some dont sale keno. NC Lottery
The lottery doesn't require all retailers to carry all draw games just like it doesn't require them to carry all scratch-off games. Some state lottery do offer Keno at all locations and the lottery is reviewing that option for the future. In april ncel is having keno bonus hour. Why is it not going to be at conv. stores? keno should be available at all retail locations. Stores do not need a monitor to sale keno. Their are many people like me who purchase 20 draws and do not have time to sit and watch numbers. We can go home and check ticket at our conv. It is hard to play keno when their is not enough conv. stores selling them. NC Lottery
Thanks, Greg S., for playing our Keno game. The Keno Bonus Hour is a promotional event for selected locations. The lottery is actively recruiting more Keno retailers and as other retailers see that it is popular game than it will spread more widely in our state. The lottery tries to offer a wide portfolio of games. Some folks like Keno. Some folks like scratch-offs. We hope soon you'll find more Keno locations near you.

any plans on including keno on the on-line purchases. or maybe yet included in all the retail sites? [reply} No announcement to be made at this time. Other states do have Keno at all retail sites and the lottery is always looking at ways to improve its games.

I do believe I might sit April out on these. My lucke-rewards points are hard to come by and a 100.00 does not quite do what it used to. Looking forward to seeing your imaginative ideas for May.
