May went by quickly, didn’t it? Not to worry. As the month draws to a close, you still have a chance to win some extra cash with our Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings.

The deadline to enter our Cookout Cash drawing is May 31. You only have 10 days left to enter. If you’re looking for some good cookout fun, Cookout Cash might be the drawing for you. Five lucky winners will each win $5,000. With that cash, you can ‘go whole hog’ and throw the biggest BBQ bash of the summer.

May also brings a chance to win $500, but only if you enter the final $500 Quick Cash drawing by May 26. A winner will be drawn May 29. Our advice? Be 'quick' about it so you don’t let this chance ‘quickly’ pass you by.

But the prizes don't stop there. If you would like a shot at a cash prize 100 times bigger than our $500 Quick Cash prize, then you need to enter our Multiply the Cash drawing. You can increase your chances of winning $50,000 by entering the drawing more than once. If you miss the $50,000 win, you could be one of eight to win $5,000 or one of 25 to win $500. With this entry period coming to a close May 31, now might be the time to get moving.

Hi Linda, in order to view the winners for Second Chance and Lucke Rewards drawings, all you need to do is visit the “Draws” page and then make sure you deselect “My Entries” and then choose “All” from the drop down menu. There you can see past winners and that is also where we will post winners from more recent drawings as they claim their prizes. Hi Travis, there's not a specific time during the day that the drawings are held. Its just a matter of when our security and audit teams are both available to conduct the drawings. Winners are notified within 48 hours so make sure to keep an eye on your email!

Hi Kevin, The Cookout Cash drawing that ended on 5/31 had a total of 2,016,106 entries. The Multiply the Cash second-chance drawing that ended on 5/31 had a total of 12,729,626 entries.

I must have read it wrong on one blog the xpoints second chance points entries that ended in march I thought they said the entries was around 1,755,000 entries was that wrongNC Lottery
Hi Kevin, Are you referring to the Multiply the Cash second-chance drawing that ended on 3/31? That drawing had a total of 17,444,117 entries.

Hi Kevin, we'll have another update on this on Monday, but through 5/26 there were 1,598,334 entries in Cookout Cash, and 11,851,006 entries in the second Multiply the Cash drawing.

Hey Juanita, The first notification goes to the email you use with your Lucke-Zone account so keep that up-to-date. The lottery will also send a certified letter. So the lottery misses you with the email and phone call, you'll still get the letter. We want everyone to get the prizes they win.

Stephen, it is supposed to show the Active drawings you are entered in, but it has been messed up for months. I'm in 4 active drawings but mine shows 11. LZ - it is not a problem with his account, it's a problem with YOUR program. And the Rewards page is still messed up, it's showing active drawings back to December 2018. I've pointed out over and over the issues with the Rewards page but NCEL is incapable of fixing it. Maybe Mr. Chung can get it fixed.

Hey Tiffany, Over time, you'll notice that people play and win more or less in proportion with the amount of players in that area. Places like Raleigh and Charlotte simply have a lot more people taking a chance and in turn, more winners over time. That said, we've certainly had big winners in Hollister! But winning in one drawing doesn't disqualify a player from having good luck again! The more entries a player makes, the more chances they have to win. Hey Elizabeth, if you scratch the bottom portion of the scratch-able area on the ticket, you should uncover a barcode and a series of numbers. You can view the fully scratched ticket here for an idea of where to look: https://www.nclottery.com/ScratchOffDetail?gn=675. That is your Entry Number. On the back of the ticket you will find the Ticket Number. Hope this helps, and good luck!
