If you’re looking to win big, June could be your month. Each of you has the chance to win one of our 21 top prizes. Yes, you heard right. This month, we’re bringing you Payout, Triple Play, Twisted, All About The Bens, and $25,000,000 Casino Cash. These five scratch-off tickets carry top prizes that range from $2,000 all the way up to $1 million.

Do you have the luck of the draw?

Our newest scratch-off ticket, $25,000,000 Casino Cash, has four games in one ticket. Dice, Roulette, Numbers, and Cards. In addition to the four games, you also get a spade, heart, and club bonus scratch. The game offers $25.3 million in total cash prizes, including three top prizes of $1 million. If that wasn’t enough, if you enter your ticket into our second-chance drawing, you could win a full VIP experience to one of 10 MGM Resorts in Las Vegas. If you play your cards right, you might come up with a winning hand.

“It’s All About the Benjamins.”

Big Ben is all about the big prizes. Our $5 scratch-off ticket, All About the Bens, has $16 million in total prizes, including 30,000, $100 prizes. You might even be one of four winners that takes home the top prize of $200,000. Looks like Benjamin Franklin has more to offer than just electricity.

Who needs Twister when you can get Twisted?

We promise you this isn’t a summer drink. For $3, you can wind your way through our Twisted scratch-off ticket for a chance to become $75,000 richer on the other side. If you miss out on being one of the three top prizes winners, not to worry. We still have $7.1 million dollars in other prizes you can win.

Not all the best things come in pairs.

Triplets. The Three Musketeers. That Schoolhouse Rock episode about the Number 3. All the best things come in three’s. so why not try our $2 scratch-off game, Triple Play. There are three ways to play and three ways to win. Who knows, you might be one of five $30,000 winners. The game begins with $7.4 million in prizes.

This isn’t a game of “Pay Day.”

Did you play the ‘70s era board game?  We promise, our game is much simpler. If you’re looking for a nice “payout” this summer, take a look at our $1 instant ticket, Payout. There are over $3.5 million in total prizes, including six top prizes of $2,000.

@WILLIAM G, sorry for the confusion, promotional and second-chance drawings are held using a random number generator according to strict security procedures. The Random Number Generator assigns each entry a random number and then picks one of the random numbers. The results are totally random and fair to everyone. Our 3rd party vendor, Scientific Games, manages our ticket entry system, so that might be the 3rd party that you are referring to. They do not conduct the actual drawings—that is done by lottery staff in presence of an auditor.

You do not have to post this as I just wrote in but again, nowhere on the NCEL website can I find how and by who the second chance drawings are conducted. It mentions "3rd party vendors" and on both the FAQ page and the “COLOSSAL CASH” Second-Chance Drawing Promotion Rules and Regulations pdf and the same for the $300 Million $30 ticket pdf it skates around that as well. None of these documents clearly state the method of selecting the winner or if it is the NCEL or a 3rd party. It does say a 3rd party may contact me if I win. This is what I was speaking of and your answer now posted did not specify this either. Surely you can see how this leads to speculation as this should be posted clearly. Thanks. NC Lottery

Awesome, so if I would like to attend the $1 million second chance drawings for the two $30 games I can come do so at NCEL headquarters as they are done live per what you stated on this page? NC Lottery
Hi William, if you're interested in attending one of our Second Chance drawings, you're welcome to come to NCEL Headquarters to watch the entire process, all you need to do it give our security team a call at 1-888-732-6235 and let them know when you would like to come!

@WILLIAM G, although the lottery is not required by statute to have an auditor present for drawings where prizes of less than $5,000 are awarded, we do have a member of our internal audit staff present for those drawings without exception. In fact, the room that houses the random number generator cannot be accessed without members of both the lottery's security and audit staff present. Our goal is to operate as transparently as possible and all of our drawings are open to the public. If you would ever like to attend please let us know.

I would like to know more about who conducts the monthly and second chance draws since I assume it is not done by the NCEL in Raleigh. Are they audited? I see the same names over and over and I assume it is store owners scanning tickets from the trash as they are not excluded but who knows. I realize most people do not believe these draws are fair until they win but the NCEL has buried information on who conducts these and I do not find it as transparently as I would like. At the end of the day, I want to know wha prevents them from picking winners themselves. Thanks. NC Lottery

How about fixing the online locator so I can purchase my tickets. It was working until June 1st. Please don't tell me to call in, I have already filled out an online form and am still waiting for it to be fixed. I have been reading other bloggers stating the same thing. NC Lottery

great games quick ??? ncel i have a ideal,, run it by the execs. There should be a change in the lottery bilaws to help players out... what im saying is any player that plays online games/scratchers should be compensated.. how? if u can show proof u purchase a ticket from the retailer us should get money or monies from the sell of tickets.. Think of how many more players would play and the lottery would make even more money if they help the players that way... I know about the second chance drawing just not enough of odds to even come close... just a ideal?
