If you’re tired of the hot temperatures, get your tickets into the first Supreme Riches second-chance drawing. There’s nothing like a cool $1 million to help you beat the summer heat. That’s what one lucky player is going to win. Four players will win $10,000 and fifty will win $200.

If you’re looking to multiply your fun this summer, enter our Multiply The Cash second-chance drawing. One player will win $50,000, eight will win $5,000, and 25 will win $500.

When temperatures are rising, it’s almost impossible to think winter, but that’s exactly what we want you to do. Play 112 & 128 in the pick3 straight/box or better yet combo each for 50 cents if you can afford it. How about start these random sweepstakes drawings the old-fashioned way, have a big barrel that is nearly full of slips of paper with the entrant's information? When I say sweepstakes, I don't mean those gambling machines. I thought the law did away with that but now it's back? Anyway, what I mean is random drawings, no purchase necessary. I used to enter a lot through the mail, then online. Traditionally called sweepstakes drawings. Some call them contests but a contest can require a purchase and possibly some talent or conditions. Here's my proposal. Convert all online entries, both Luck-E Rewards and 2nd Chance, into 3x5 slips of paper or cards, like drawings used to be. Put them into the spinning barrel, spin it, and let a 3rd party, whether an auditor or some random person, reach into the barrel and pull out names. This may be old school but somehow seems more fair. Consider this. With RNG, say there's 1 million entries. An entrant entered early, number 1035, etc. The RNG picks 999,999. See?

I have been playing the Lucke Rewards for awhile now I always notice that no one from Greenville ever wins. I have had over hundreds of entries in several different drawings and still no luck. Im just curious as to how they actually pick winners. It seems as if its computer genetated that it always picks the same cities every week or monthly during the drawings. I know it only takes 1 entry in but you would think after hundreds and hundreds of entries it would give you a better chance. ??NC Lottery

The results are totally random and fair to everyone.

Hi Andrea, a player cannot win two prizes in the same Second Chance or Lucke-Rewards drawing. However, a player can win in multiple different drawings that may be occurring in the same month. For instance a player could win in both a Quick Win Cash drawing and the "Some Like it Hot" drawing, but a player could not win two of the prizes in a Quick Win Cash drawing, even if they have multiple entries.
