We post all of the winner names from our Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings over on the "Draws" page: https://rewards.nclottery.com/drawings. Generally when a second-chance game is released we have the entry deadline for the first second-chance drawing set, but not the successive ones. That is because the second-chance drawings are meant to last the life of a game. We can't control when a winning ticket will be found and claimed, so it's difficult to predict how long each drawing should be open. As prizes are claimed, our team makes a decision on when the next second-chance drawing should take place.

Please share why there are never winners for the larger second chance drawings. Like the million dollar Supreme Riches 2nd chance drawing? or te Colossal Cash 2nd chance drawing? Over the past three years I have been observing and all of the smaller drawings for $100-$25,000 is noted and identified as paid to a winner. The larger drawing always have a future unknown date that never comes. I have been entered into the larger 2nd chance drawings so many times and I never see the pay off. Please explain? To me, I find this very questionable. It appears as a NC lottery gimmick? As such, real concerns present with this issue. Can you please explain?NC Lottery

Congratulations Denver! Our first born baby girl gave birth to a beautiful 7lb baby boy in February 2017; he's our first grandbaby but he's not at all spoiled by his Nana and Grampa! You're absolutely right Denver, you really ARE rich!

My second child is my winning moment every day. She has a daughter with special needs.she never gave up on her child Today her daughter has completed two years In College .she has always put her first. She herself has completed College with a master in education. I often tell her that she is the best mom. She will always be my winning moment. She rocks!!

The Luckiest I’ve ever felt was when I had the greatest opportunity in the world to be a Mom raising my 2 daughters ages 29 and 25 it’s a lucky gift that keeps on giving each and every day! @TIM M.: Hey Tim, We certainly don't have the answers to everything, but we try to share what we can and explain our reasoning for why we do things the way we do. In the case of this promotion, every winner who entered during the time period won a prize, so the entry period was specifically chosen to be shorter. Sorry you missed out on this one. We hope you'll continue to share your comments with us and hopefully there will be a promotion that you can enter soon!

@NC LOTTERY, why do you always give PC answers to everything? You're NEVER wrong, you're ALWAYS justified, yadda, yadda, yadda. Annuity vs. lump sum? That's just the way it is, get over it. Don't have social media? SORRY you missed the promotion, SO sorry. Run a promotion so short that someone working 2nd Shift doesn't even know it exists? Once again, SO sorry about that. I know I no longer work but 2nd Shift is pretty much what I worked the last few years until I got disabled. How long did you run your occult promotion, a couple weeks? Yet, asking fans to give winning moments in their lives, monetary or otherwise, has a shelf-life of approximately 5 hours. Waiting for the response 3...2..1.

When I was 12 years old I had to have emergency surgery on my right hip and out of school for nine months. When school started back I was put one grade behind my class. I was embarrassed and initially, I felt ashamed. Then I decided that I was not going to give up. I worked very hard and I excelled in all my classes. When the school year ended I scored so high on the final exams that the school board agreed to advance and I skipped one grade. This setback established the pathway for my future and I am a overcomer. I can face any obstacles not give up but continue pursuing even when people were saying, "you can't make it" I refused to give up. I continued my education until I obtained a doctorate in public health. This experience made me stronger, wiser, a better person that is an asset to my community.

Evelyn. Nice story, love it. That was my sister's name. And close to my daughter's story. She is now 41 and is due with her 5th child on 9/16. I am the 14th child, but the only one to graduate HS. I believe we both are rich in our own way.

I was a troubled teen became pregnant at the age of 16 and 17 dropped out of school but during my pregnancy of my second child I decided I wanted to change my life.I went back to the local community college at night and a year later I walked across the stage with my cap and Gown and Ged certificate my Son yelled mommy when.I walked across I felt like I had won 15 gold medals at that moment.Im not exactly where I want to be butI won half the battle.Thanks for listening to mywinning story.

When I was a kid and It was two golden eggs with one with a hundred dollars and one with 50 inside, luckily I found both and bought the Nintendo game system I always wanted I was so thrilled and excited I let all my friends sleep over and it was gaming alnight until we all fell asleep just to wake up and do it all over again.NC Lottery
