Drawing deadlines approaching

Time is running out for you to enter our September Lucke-Rewards drawings. You have until Monday, Sept. 30 to enter our monthly Fall Fortune drawing. One lucky player will win $25,000. Each entry is 20 points. We’ll choose the winner on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

And don’t forget to enter the final Pocket Payout weekly drawing. One lucky player will win $500. Each entry is 10 points, and you have until Sunday, Sept. 29 to enter. We’ll choose the winner on Wednesday Oct. 2.

Thanks for reaching out, Carroll! The winners of the October 6 drawing will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, and they will have 30 days to claim their prize. They will be contacted via email initially, as well as a phone call and certified mail if they have not responded before the 30 day deadline. As winners claim their prizes, their names will be added to the draw page on our site. Hope this helps!

Hi Mary! Drawings for our weekly drawings are typically held on the Wednesday of each week. Winners are generally contacted within 48 hours of the draw day. Good luck!

Hi Kevinna are you asking how many entries you have? If you navigate to the "draws" page and select "All" from the drop-down box by the "Second Chance Drawings" section and "Lucke-Rewards drawings" you should be able to see this. Just choose "My Entries". Hope this helps?

Hi William, Are you referring to our live televised drawings? You can find videos of the most recent daytime and evening drawings here: https://nclottery.com/Videos. We only keep the most recent drawing on the website, but if send an email to player.info@lotterync.net with the specific drawings you'd like to see, our team is happy to provide them.

Hey Billie, We post the names of our second-chance winners over on the "Draws" page here: https://rewards.nclottery.com/drawings#secondChanceWinners. Be sure to select "All" from the drop-down in the upper right and also un-check "My Entries".

@Tim M., we recently updated Carolina Keno from 5 to 4 minutes,a and made some changes to the Keno Playslip, so that may be why you saw some older materials discarded. The winning ticket scanner was a feature we added to the app to let players have the same scanning feature we offer in a retail location, we don't currently have plans to add the ability to manually check for a winning ticket through the app.

Hi Patsy, when we can't reach a winner via email, one of our Prize Validation team members will call the winner. There is more than one possible phone number they would use. However, they will also leave a message.

Hi William, we wanted to offer our players the ability to redeem winning and non-winning tickets for Lucke Rewards points. This means players need to remember to scan or take a photo of the Lucke Rewards entry code before redeeming their winning ticket.

@NC LOTTERY, I have a couple of questions. For one, yesterday(Tuesday), most retailers had thrown their lottery displays in the trash. It was the cardboard cutouts. One store even had stacks of draw slips in the trash. Any idea what's up with this? I know here and there I see a store do this but it was almost everywhere I went. My other question is also a request. It has to do with the app. When we enter points, we can either scan or enter manually. Why don't we have the same options when scanning for winners? If the bar code is messed up, got wet, scratched up, whatever, we can still get the points manually but have to go to the store and let them check for a winner, which they can do manually. How about the app being given this capability?

Why isn't the 2nd chance entry for the 20X the cash (game 682) tickets showing the tickets I collect showing after I enter the tickets into my points collection? Used to be a graphic of thegame and notification i had been entered I the 2nd chance drawing.NC Lottery

I agree with Greg S. Risk is to high to loose that many points. Wish NC would follow the other states and allow winners to remain anonymous. Hate having to drive to SC for this option. But one does what one has to do.

LZ - time to clean up the Lucke-Rewards drawing page. It's showing games back to April as active and my dashboard shows I'm 12 draws when I'm only entered in 4. I hope your "new" updates will finally fix this issue.
