@NC LOTTERY, as for the graphics showing up correctly, please fix the CHECK portion of the app. Remember I previously mentioned being unable to scan at 2 AM? Well, now it's 12 midnight, on the dot! However, it's not an error message like I received at 2 AM. It's actually a lot like the half-showing display I get with the new 20x tickets. The top part is blank. Underneath, it asks if you want to scan another ticket. Please tell me you can fix this. I also have a suggestion for the app. We're allowed 75 entries a day on collecting points. How about a counter so we can keep up? Scan a ticket, have 1 show up somewhere on the dashboard. Scan another ticket, 2 shows up, and so on. Then you can see if you've hit 75 without getting the abrupt cutoff message as usual or having to manually count.

@NC LOTTERY, I have the same problem with the new 20x tickets. You told Shawn to call that 800 number but I seem to remember you telling someone else a while back that whoever handles this was aware of the problem and that players should be given credit shortly for the 2nd chance, even though after the fact. Does this still stand? Also, how come no heads up on First Tuesday?NC Lottery
Hi Tim, all points from the new 20X the Cash ticket are being added to your account correctly, there is only an issue with the graphic of the ticket showing up after scanning. We should have a fix for that soon though. The new First Tuesday update just went out today as well!
