‘Win It All’ with new scratch-offs

This First Tuesday, our new set of Win It All scratch-off tickets gives you the chance to take home every prize on the ticket.

Just scratch the money piles, if you match any of the numbers you win a prize.

The fun doesn’t stop there. Each ticket gives you an additional way to win. Scratch the “Win It All Number” box, and if it matches any of your numbers, you automatically win all the cash prizes on the ticket.

So I have a ticket that shows I won $5 but when I tried to cash it in it makes the noise and say claim at lottery office. What’s that all about?NC Lottery
Hey Maurice, Without seeing the ticket, we can't say for sure. Please give our Customer Service team a call at 1-877-962-7529 and they should be able to help figure this one out.

Hi Maurice, On the Win It All tickets, you will win the prize that is displayed on the ticket. There are not surprise wins that do not match what the ticket states.

I have to say that the new "Win it All" game worked very well for me. Bought one $5 ticket and won $60. Bought one $10 ticket and won $100. Just one ticket for each game! Thank you NCEL. NC Lottery

Wish I had something commendable to say about the new games but I don't. For the longest time I mostly stuck with the draw games as that's where I had the best luck and virtually every time I bought a scratcher it was either break-even or a dud, usually a dud. A while back I started buying more scratchers than previously. Still got more of the same but sometimes got pleasantly surprised. Still no more than 200 bucks but definitely beat 2 bucks! Anyway, I don't necessarily know if it's a good game ahead of time. The $3 crossword back in January, for example. I won $100 on the first one I bought, but I wouldn't have thought it. The $2 Lady Luck I seem to remember thinking 'ripoff', but I won 20 bucks immediately and 200 shortly after that. My point is, these new games I would've had hope for but I'm not seeing anything to support that. The games I thought were ripoffs, I had success with. HUH?!

I just played my first win it all ticket today I bought a dollar ticket and won $40 $39 is not too shabby For spending a dollar and it helped us provide extra dog food to our local dog food pantry so that many people who have fallen on tough times can get help during the storm for their pets! New ticket is fun!!NC Lottery

Looking for new scratch-offs. I finally find on the website that it's the "win all". Well I've been buying those since Friday, Aug 30th.Is that legal for the store to have new scratch-offs to purchase days before they're schedule to purchase? NC Lottery
Hi Latisha, Not to worry, it's legal! Because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, our team delivered the tickets a bit earlier than usual.

Sorry about that, Albertine! Our team was made aware that some players were having trouble entering the new Win It All tickets into Lucke-Rewards. We have identified the issue and it should be back up and running soon. Please hold onto any tickets that wouldn't scan and try again tomorrow morning.

Hey Rudolph, We don't have plans to bring back the clear ticket for our holiday games, but we do hope to bring it back at some point next year!

Hi Viola, If you click your username in the upper right corner, a drop-down should appear. Click "Options" and then you will have the option to select "My Account" and "Sign Out". Hope this helps!

Absolutely. As long as a player bought their ticket while in North Carolina, they are eligible to play and win our Lucke-Rewards and second-chance drawings.

Hi Tim, Our latest numbers show that the Powerball New Year's Rockin' Eve second-chance drawing has 30,175 entries. The MGM Casino Cash second-chance drawing has 110,027 entries. We should be receiving final entry numbers later today or tomorrow morning. ****UPDATE: Hi Tim, We just got final numbers! The Powerball New Year's Rockin' Eve second-chance drawing has 38,344 entries and the MGM Casino Cash second-chance drawing has 117,798 entries.

Just bought some of these tickets, but your computer isn't recognizing them when I try to enter them online in Lucke-Rewards. 9:00 AM Tuesday, 3 SEP. Tried scanning with phone and keying them in on computer. Neither worked.NC Lottery

Hey LZ, it is now Tuesday 9/3 and when you scan any of the above tickets (686 thru 689). we still get the message " entry not recognized try again". The newer 20x the cash, Ticket # 682 is accepted but doesn't give you entries into the 2nd chance drawing. It was never added to the list under drawings and promotions.NC Lottery
