Someone who played Fast Play on Friday in Cumberland County won a $106,310 jackpot!

The lucky winner bought a $2 Jackpot 7’s ticket at Circle B on North Reilly Road in Fayetteville.

This is the 11th jackpot win since Fast Play launched last month.

I agree with one of the comments saying that they don't like the fact that the clerk can see your tickets and see if its a winner or not. I had one cleck telling me each one that was a winner or a loser I was pissed I wanted to be surprised by going home and seeing for myself and another issue I see with it is the clerk can see the jackpot winner pop up and say this ticket didn't print and act like he or she throws it away just to retrieved it when you walk out. It should be ran so that the clerk cant see the tickets. NC Lottery
Hi Maurice, Thank you for sharing your concerns. In most stores where lottery tickets are sold, you should be able to see the ticket bring printed from the lottery terminal. The retailer should hand the ticket immediately to you. We have checks and balances in place to ensure the security of our games, including our new Fast Play games. If you see something that looks suspicious happening at a store, please call our Security Hotline at 1 888-732-6235 to report what happened.

Hi William, Checking to see if you're a winner is as easy as scanning your ticket! We have ticket checkers at every lottery retail location and you can also download the mobile app to check your tickets from anywhere. We hope this helps!

It seems that Elizabeth City never wins any of the top prizes for the different lottery games and I know we play a lot of the games, scratch offs, cash 5, and others. Maybe there will be a fast play winner soon, I know many bettors are playing fast play.

I play the lottery at that store all the time. That's twice someone has won a big jackpot just as I was entering to play. Oh well, maybe my time will come? Congratulations to the winner!

WOW, Awesome win. It's amazing that only 20% of a jackpot can be so much $$$$. I love this game . More then half of my freebies have been winners. Friday one was for $25. Thursday I got 5 of the $10 tickets from Bi-Lo vending machine. Won on 4 of them . $50,$15, $10 and $10. I have been buying my $10.50 & $12 pic3 combo tickets at the customer service desk. My 2 draw 5 line C5 ticket ($10) has hit for $6 on 3 out of the last 4 days.....Last Night for the red ball & freebie promo is 2night. Keeping my fingers crossed, I got several full play slips worth of tickets............

I don't like that the cashier can look at your ticket while its printing out of the machine. They can see if its a winner or not. NC Lottery

NC lottery should look at modifying or change printers to print face down. The customer should be the first to see tickets. It takes the fun out when most of the clerks look at tickets before customers. I only do vending now for that reason. Thanks for all the great games and best rewards/second chance games compared to border states.NC Lottery

O wow what a coincidence there was a lucky fast play ticket won in fayetteville I posted a comment on October 19 and said it was time for a winner in fayetteville and it happened that is so crazy
