Hi Austin. Second Chance promotions are drawings that are open exclusively to players who have purchased or entered the eligible game(s). If you enter a ticket with a 2nd Chance promotion, in most cases you will receive your points and entries automatically when you enter the ticket. That means even more opportunities to win. In some cases, you may be asked to opt-in to receive your entries. If you opt-in, you will receive your entries automatically. If you opt-out, you will not receive entries for that ticket, and that is irreversible for that ticket. However, you can change your opt-in status for future tickets when you enter them, or by visiting the drawing details screen for that particular promotion.

Thank you vert helpful it was under Digital games i love the new game with the music most every thing is back to normal it still showing 11/9 is my only past history points and i have been online playing since the game started in nc this only happens when i update the app for some reason

Hi Joanie, if you go into you player history under the Digital Games tab which was added in the new update, you can then play the game associated with the new holiday tickets Second Chance opportunity. After you play the game, the entries will be visible. I also wanted to assure you that even if you don't play the Holiday Second Chance game, your second chance entries will still be entered into the drawing once the entry period has closed.

I have been entering the new hoildays tickets it is saying something about pick 3 and 4 i saw where you said to redown load the app so i did it was still giving me my points i had 542 i think and when i deleted app and reinstalled it disappeared now i have 0 points

Hi Tiffany, there is no minimum purchase to win the Free Keno ticket during the "Free Ticket Fridays" Promotion. However, the tickets are randomly awarded throughout the day on Friday until up to 100,000 tickets are given away, so this means not every purchase wins a free ticket. i understand it only takes 1 entry to win, but on avg, how many enteries are typically submitted per person. 100, 1000 or 5000 or even more. NC Lottery
Hi Melissa, players can of course save up their points and make multiple entries into a single drawing. So the number of entries per user can vary greatly. The average is usually around 30 entries though.

Hi Gloria, To enter the Holiday Luck second-chance drawing, all you have to do is scan your holiday ticket into your NC Lottery account like you normally do and you'll be presented with the option to play the digital game. Hope this helps!

Hi William, You should be able to see those entries by visiting your 'Points History' and then clicking on the 'Digital Game' tab. Hope this helps!

Hey William. Great question! The entry deadline for the final Supreme Riches second-chance drawing will be December 31st and the draw date will be on January 6th.

Did the NCEL change the format for the auto second chance, because when you scan a new Holiday ticket it acts like you scanned a pick 3 ticket. You don't get the screen like say the Panther's ticket.NC Lottery
Hi Angela, Sorry about that! It sounds like you'll need to update your app. Once you have the app updated, the tickets should scan correctly. Since you were scanning Holiday Luck tickets that qualify for multiplied entries, you'll need to visit the 'Digital Games' tab in your 'Points History'. There, you should see the option to play the Holiday Luck digital game to be awarded bonus points and entries.
