Our new Fast Play game just produced its 12th jackpot win!

The win occurred Friday night when someone who played at a Concord convenience store won the $691,417 jackpot.

The $10 Jackpot 7s ticket was sold at the Circle K on Poplar Tent Road in Concord. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize at any lottery office.

Since Fast Play started in September, North Carolinians have won 12 jackpots.

The rolling, progressive jackpot increases with every ticket sold until it is won. The odds of winning a Fast Play jackpot are 1 in 240,000.

Fast Play games can be played immediately — like a scratch-off game. $10 Jackpot 7’s game is one of six Fast Play games now on sale.

When you play, you can win some or all of the jackpot.

The jackpot starts at $20,000 and keeps on rolling until it is won.

Don’t forget:

A $2 Fast Play ticket would win 20 percent of the jackpot.
A $5 Fast Play ticket would win half of the jackpot.
A $10 Fast Play ticket would win all of the jackpot.

Hi Robert, you'll need to sign in to your online account then simply click on your username in the upper right corner of the screen to open your dashboard (it will appear blue). Once your dashboard is open, you can see your points balances and history. You will also see a Redeem tab within your dashboard.

If I play Cash 5 or Powerball online, then i get off that screen before i write down the numbers picked, how can i go back and see what numbers I had? NC Lottery
Hi Steve, you should be able to access that information in your online account. Go to the blue drop-down menu at the top right of your screen then click My Account. Hope this helps!

So why when I scan the holiday countdown ticket if says it takes 24 hours for cash 4 and 5 points to be added? The 20.00 ticket.NC Lottery

How come most of the winners are somewhere around Charlotte area...and not only on fast play... probably more than 60% of all the jack pots won are around there or around Raleigh/Durham area..maybe because more people play there and they sand more winners their way.....oh wait....they don't know where the tickets with Jack pot are going...yeah right And Fast Play is a computer pick and also Keno....so by my opinion they are giving away maybe few percent of the money they get for prices Congrats to all the winners tho NC Lottery
Hi Riste, it's not easier to win the lottery in a big place than a small one. There are just more people taking a chance to win there. We can assure you that if you move to Charlotte or Raleigh it does not become easier to win a lottery prize there. The lottery can only work if everyone has the same chance to win, and no matter where you live you have the same chance to beat the odds as someone anyplace else!

I was using the lucke rewards app on the phone to scan in my tickets and the new tickets do not seem to give points or second chance opportunities. It says the points are pending, The other message is "Usually it will take up 24 hours for points from Carolina Pick 3 and Carolina Pick 4 to post to your account. How do I know if the ticket is entered into the second chance? Thank you in advance for your response.NC Lottery
Hi Terry, updating your app should correct the pop-up message while scanning the Holiday scratch-offs. Your points and Second Chance entries should be getting entered correctly. You can check that in your account history. Please let us know if you have any issues after updating.

The multiplier games are very misleading. Most of the ones I've played have a 1x multiplier, but you cannot multiply any winnings by 1x since the amount won stays the same. For these games the starting multiplier should 2x.NC Lottery

Hi Sheila, the Holiday Countdown oversized ticket is a limited edition scratch-off with a unique playstyle and prize structure. When we design a new game, we set the number of prizes and prize levels to create the best experience for our players. For this game, that meant including a larger percentage of lower level prizes as opposed to a higher top prize to give the ticket overall odds of winning of 1 in 2.98.

I'm new at playing the NC Lottery games and not sure as to what I'm doing. So do I go to a store and ask for a Fast Play ticket and then check my number on this site to see if I won. I checked the jackpot and it said someone in Concord won, ($691,417)is that right? Learning okNC Lottery
Hi Jackie, happy to help! You can purchase a Fast Play ticket from any lottery retailer or vending machine. You can then look at the game on the ticket to see if it is a winner. You can always scan the ticket with our app to check if you won as well. Someone did win the jackpot in Concord on Friday. They purchased a $10 777 Jackpot Fast Play ticket, so they won 100% of the jackpot.

That means you would check your numbers against the winning numbers to see if there was a match. If so, the Multiplier box will reveal what your prize gets multiplied by.
