I’m disappointed by the Black Diamond 7s and the Bankroll tickets. I bought 20 Black Diamonds 7s and only won $5. Out of all 20 tickets. I also bought 10 Bankroll tickets, the odds were better Because at least I won $20. I also bought 10 Money Match and didn’t win anything. This is the first time that I have bought first Tuesday’s Tickets and haven’t won at least $100. I’m disappointed!!!

@ NCEL. I was just curious because all the other ones were available most retailers here put them out the Sunday or Monday before the release date which I guess is OK otherwise they wouldn't be doing it but that's the only ticket that cannot be located down here but I will ask one of the retailers if they can order it like you suggested thank you for the responseNC Lottery
Hi DL, one other comment on the Black Diamond 7s ticket, that was a late addition to our December slate of new releases, so it may have been delayed in shipment to your area. We should have it fully in stock at retailers within a couple days.

I live in Alamance County and I have been to three convenience stores and a Food Lion, and haven't found the Black Diamond 7's yet.

My understanding has always been that new scratch-offs were not available until the first Tuesday of each month. However, the Walmart in Sanford had these in their vending machine on Sunday, the 29th. I don't know when they were put in there, but I purchased the last 4 Black Diamond 7's along with 2 Money Match and 1 Bankroll.NC Lottery
Hi Charles, we ship the tickets out a few days before the First Tuesday of the month, so sometimes a retailer may get them a little early and put them out ahead of the launch day. This past week we shipped them out earlier than usual to account for delays during Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.

Hello NCEL. I haven't been able to find the black diamond ticket anywhere I live on the eastern coast of North Carolina has that one been released along with the others thank you NC Lottery
Hi DL, the Black Diamond 7s ticket was just released this past First Tuesday. It should be available at most lottery retailers. If your favorite store isn't carrying it you can let them know and they can order it directly!
