We know many of you have had some questions about how the lottery is operating as our state deals with the public health emergency due to the coronavirus.
All lottery drawings are being held as scheduled.
This is a rapidly evolving situation. Understandably, things might be different for a bit, including your interactions with us and our claims centers.
The one thing that will not change is that if you win a prize, you will get paid. That is the last thing we want any of you to worry about. If you can’t make it into a retail location or to one of our claim centers right now, do not worry. Sign the back of your ticket and either hold on to it, or redeem your prize by mail.
You can find the winner claim form for prizes under $100,000 here.
At this time, all of our claim centers are open and operating under normal hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The only difference you will notice is that we are asking for your help with practicing social distancing by limiting the number of people in our claim centers to 10 at a time. We have also increased the frequency of our cleaning and sanitation procedures at all claim centers so those that do visit us feel safe to do so.
As for draw game questions, all drawings are ongoing as scheduled. Remember, you can also purchase tickets for Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky For Life, and Cash 5 online through Online Play.
We are continuing to monitor this ever-changing situation and will update you right here and on our social channels if we have more news.
We are here to help answer any questions you might have. You can ask questions below or call us at 877-962-7529 (9NC-PLAY) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In the meantime, we will continue to spread some good cheer by sharing winner stories.
