is putting points in a "pending section" really necessary ? how many tickets are canceled each day ? why are tickets canceled in the first place? NC Lottery
Hi Betty, I don't have that specific data, but players can choose to cancel their tickets for any number of reasons. Points should only show as pending for up to 24 hours after the draw.

Hi Sherian, thanks for letting us know. Are your bonus points still now showing up in your points history? For Mega Millions and Powerball it can take up to 24 hours for points to show up but other than that we cannot think of anything else that might be causing the problem.

I have a question about the double your pts with online play. I purchased two online play games and pts. where not doubled. So is that here and there it will do it, or is that suppose to be with any online game purchase. NC Lottery
Hi Sherian, the promotion is valid for every qualifying Online Play purchase during the period of April 1 - 30, 2020.

so i assume i can cancel a pick 3 & 4 ticket anytime up until draw time ? seems crazy to me.NC Lottery
Ticket for Pick 3 and Pick 4 can be canceled by the retailer on the terminal where it was produced within 15 minutes of the purchase time or within the remaining time before the draw break, whichever occurs first.

That's a great question, Rebecca! Jackpot games cannot be canceled as the jackpot increases based upon the purchase of each ticket. However, since Pick 3 and Pick 4 are not jackpot-based games, this does not apply.

Hey Rebecca, Points will be pending for up to 24 hours after the draw and will be automatically added to your balance.
