I am so sick of all the big winners being in the eastern part of the state. I quit playing ans s lot are following suit. It's rigged and it's not fair. I've spent thousands of dollars to never see over 100 dollars. I'm so frustrated and angry!!!!!!NC Lottery
Hey there Tim, We get similar comments from players in every region of the state--some notice that there are many winners in the east. Some say the same thing about the west. Many think that only big cities have big winners. And some mention that a lot of big winners are from small towns.
