First Tuesday games make for a spectacular fall

The star of our new games this First Tuesday is our second ever $25 game, Spectacular Riches.

Spectacular Riches offers eight top prizes of $1 million. Just like the first $25 game, Spectacular Riches will have no breakeven prize. Prizes start at $40. And check out the bonus cash spots across the top of the ticket where you could instantly win $50, $100, $200, or $500.

The other three new games in October are: Lucky 7’s, Money Bag Multiplier, and Wild Cash Multiplier.

Our Spectacular Riches game comes with more than $200 million in prizes, and half of those range in value between $100 and $10,000. Just for October, we’re offering you 2X the points on each ticket in our Lucke-Rewards program. That’s 50 points per ticket through Oct. 31.

One more quick question so what happens if it’s less like a million or 2 do you release the name etc…….. or there is still 90 periodNC Lottery
Thanks for your question, Coriante! We have a policy in place that allows winners of $50 million or more to remain anonymous for 90 days after claiming a prize. For prizes less than that, we consider a winner's name, city/county, and the prize amount a matter of public record, unless the winner produces a valid protective order or Address Confidentiality Program authorization card. Ha NCLOTTERY i have not had any trouble with the app untill today it will not let me pick my own numbers to play on your app and lucke rewards eithet i tried both it pops up but will not let me put my numbers in for a 7 day draw i deleted the app and reinstalled because i noticed you had made a few changes on lucke rewards but it still does not work plz helpNC Lottery
Hi Joanie, our apologies, our app development team has identified an issue with our app that is affecting the ability to select your own numbers. The issue appears to only affect the app though. You should still be able to make your number selection using our website. We should have an app update out to fix this issue soon. Thanks!

ok, back to getting my points. Thanks But, still shows giving me draw tickets twice giving me double the points. that was the best part extra points. But, when i enter scratch off tickets it will tell me don't recognize me and sign back in. this erases what i just entered. Before it would keep the history of what was entered and i would be able to click on it and enter it again, making it eazier on my old fingers. Please bring that back. Everything else i will wait another week to see what happens.

I am really concern about all this now i enter my draw tickets and it shows up twice but now i get no points for them??? i have called and emailed my concerns and was told to wait a couple of days, now going on 2 weeks. What is my next step???NC Lottery

I see where two $20.00 tickets each had one remaining $100,000.00 prize that was never won but now the tickets have ended and accepting claims only. Why close a ticket when the is such a large second prize left and where does that money go since no one won it.I think many are beginning to see more of what’s wrong with NC lottery and where their interest really is.NC Lottery

While every effort is made to leave a game on sale until all top prizes are won, there are times when a game is no longer popular or space needs to be made for new game inventory with more prizes available to be won. If a game is ended with top prizes remaining, half of that money goes back into our games in the form of prizes, and the other half benefits education. Our hope is always that a game is so popular that it sells out and all prizes are awarded!

So I heard lottery officials in Greensboro saying you have 180 days to claim a ticket and 90 days before it becomes public record is this true. And can you still decline your picture taken and not talk to the media I thought on anonymous states could do this basically giving a person 9 months before any knowledge of them hitting a jackpotNC Lottery
That's right, Coriante! Winners of lottery drawings have 180 days to claim their prize, and winners of $50 million or more may remain anonymous for 90 days after claiming. NC law requires that a winner's name, hometown, game played, and amount won be released as public information - any additional information is up to the winner to share. And while we love when winners take photos, this is never a requirement to claim prize money. Hope this helps to answer your question!
