Hi Betty, you can use your Lucke-Rewards points to enter a variety of different drawings for cash and other prizes. Once you've earned points, you can select Lucke-Rewards Draws from Lucke-Rewards in the main menu (or Rewards in the app) to see what drawings are available and enter with your points for more chances to win! In addition to scanning your tickets, you can also earn points by selecting "Earn Points" from the drop down under Lucke-Rewards in the main menu (or clicking on Earn in the bottom menu in the app).

I am just trying to understand why the winner of the NC Cash 5----May 28th or 29th 2021 jackpot, was never publicized. This jackpot was the 3rd (over a million dollars) for NC Cash 5 and it just appears that NC got a lot of people to purchase tickets and then just closed off the jackpot & started back at $100,000 on May 30th. They never mentioned a winner for this jackpot. Seems pretty suspicious. I have been searching the internet since this jackpot to see where it was won...and there are no details. Sounds like someone working with the lottery is pocketing some money (a lot of money). Will not be playing this game again.NC Lottery

I have money I deposited ($25) showing in my wallet, but when I buy a ticket it goes to paypal to pay for the new purchase. What is the use of depositing funds if you can't use it to buy tickets? NC Lottery

The only way to buy tickets online is through the funds in your wallet, and if it is saying that you have enough funds for the tickets then you shouldn't be receiving a prompt to deposit more funds. Good tips. However, gambling is addictive and can bankrupt people. Drugs kill yes, but financial ruin can cause use of alcohol, drugs and suicide. There should be a limit set on how much someone can spend. I know that won’t do the NC Lottery any good. The more people spend the more you make.

Hi John, thanks for the question! Signing up for an account does require a verification procedure. Users must submit their name, address, and the last 4 digits of their Social Security number and also reply to a confirmation email. The reason for extra security procedures when making withdrawals is to protect players from having their funds stolen by an unauthorized person. If an unauthorized person decided to deposit funds into a player's account, that would be less problematic for the player.

NC Lottery should add more instant games in their web site as other states are doing to get more income for education lottery. I moved from Kentucky where they have lots of options to play. I hope the NC Lottery Board should think about that.NC Lottery

Has there ever been any thought given to putting a cap on lottery drawings at say $50 Million and then anything over that, is broken down into individual $1 Million draws? Folks told a buddy if mine how he was wasting his $20 bucks on a powerball ticket at work one morning, but that night, their tune changed when he won $165 million. $20 well spent in my opinion. I've had TWO close friends win millions, so it's real hard for me to listen to people when they say I'm foolish for putting my monthly allotted amount on a couple of tickets. I have a tip, when a promotion is offered to look for codes at retailers, there should be codes at the retailers. I feel the Lucke Rewards could offer more prizes by lessening the amounts. For example, now there is 1 grand prize winner for $ 15K and I feel it should be 1-$10K, 1-$2500, 1-$1500, 1-$750 & 1-$250 that will be 5 winners instead of 1.

I have played every Lucke Reward drawings and second chance for NCEL. I haven't won a thing!! In SC and GA I won all the time. NC ...you must do better.
