Fast Play delivers $266,453 jackpot

One lucky player just rolled into a big win playing Fast Play Sunday afternoon.

The win was off of a Jackpot 777 ticket bought at Bordeaux Liberty on Owen Drive in Fayetteville. Since it was a $10 ticket, 100% of the $266,453 jackpot is ready to be claimed.

The winner has 180 days to claim their prize at lottery headquarters in Raleigh.

Since Fast Play started in September, North Carolinians have won 53 jackpots.

The rolling, progressive jackpot increases with every ticket sold until it is won. The odds of winning a Fast Play jackpot are 1 in 240,000.

As of this evening, the jackpot has risen back to $21,471 and continues to grow.

Don’t forget:

A $2 Fast Play ticket wins 20% of the jackpot.

A $5 Fast Play ticket wins half of the jackpot.

A $10 Fast Play ticket wins win all of the jackpot.

Hi Philip, thanks for catching that typo! We've updated this post. We posted this blog post shortly after the winning jackpot ticket was sold this evening (Sunday). Whenever a jackpot is won by a $10 Fast Play ticket, the jackpot resets to $20,000, so at the time of publication the jackpot had risen to $21,471. Apologies for any confusion.
