Congratulations Charles!!! What a great surprise to win in NC. Our first time ever playing the lottery was when we were stationed in South Carolina and we went to Georgia we didn't even know how to play cash three as they called it in Georgia at the time and we just picked a random number 142. We called a week later to see if we had won anything at the same gas station we played at not understanding anything about the lottery LOL. We won $500. That was a lot of money for it very young couple in the military at the time. We literally made the number up on the spot and pulled it out of the air. LOL. We've had a couple of great ones here in North Carolina. We play carefully and limit our playing You just never know when it will be you but its a great feeling (winner of 2d Chance Luckie points game). CONGRATULATIONS
