New scratch-off offers five chances to win a Corvette®

What could be more fun this summer that taking a cruise in your new Corvette® Stingray?

Our new $5 Corvette® & Cash scratch-off offers five chances to win a prize package of a new Corvette® Stingray™ plus $100,000 in cash.

Four of the cars and $100,000 prizes can be won instantly. The fifth will be the grand prize in a second-chance drawing.

This is the first time we’ve offered a Corvette® Stingray as a prize on a scratch-off ticket. We look forward to meeting the winners and sending them to pick out the car of their dreams.

Winners get to choose a 2021 model, or a current available model, and pick their favorite options, to bring home a sports car with a value of up to $109,600. They also get a $100,000 cash prize.

But winning a Corvette is not the only prize we have in our new scratch-offs. There’s also a lot of cash prizes.

Begin with $60 million in prizes in the new $50 OR $100 game. The odds of winning a $50 prize are 1 in 15 and the odds of winning a $100 prize are 1 in 25.53. Tickets are $10 each.

The other three brand new scratch-offs are:

Silver or Gold Cashword: Our newest cross-word puzzle-themed game comes in two colors, silver or gold.
Triple 333: Find a “333”symbol on your ticket and you triple that prize.
Emeralds: Find a “money bag” symbol on your ticket and you win all five prizes.

Hi Michael, you should automatically receive your entry into the Second Chance drawing upon entering your ticket. Then it should show up under Points History / Second Chance. Hi Leland, if you enter a ticket with a 2nd Chance promotion, in most cases you will receive your points and entries automatically when you enter the ticket. For Lucky-Rewards points, you must select which drawings you would like to enter under the Lucky-Rewards draws screen. Your entries should then be visible under "Points History".

Head to the Sign In section on the top right hand corner of our website. There you'll be able to create an account. Also LZ changed the winner format here a good while ago from where we could see all the current and previous winners, at a glance, on the 2nd chance/lucke rewards draws. That prob. came from complaints about all the REPEAT winners here...can't spot them easy now . Transparency is alive & well here, can see right through a lot , lol.

PLEASE.....explain this to me like I’m a two year old. For a $5.00 you can win a brand new corvette PLUS $100,000.00 cash but for a $20.00 Ticket the most you can win is $100.00 this is truly an insult to NC lottery player. It’s going from worse to worsest. More add on to collect more money ( I think the double draw cash 5 has only paid out $50,000.00 one time) since the game started pan now $20.00 tickets only net you $100.00 and the fast play jackpot tickets are a joke in itself. Hi Margaret, if you are referring to the "Win $100 or $200" ticket, this game offers relatively better odds of winning $100 or $200 compared to other tickets that might have a larger top prize. "Win $100 or $200" started with 126,408 $200 prizes and 202,280 $100 prizes. Some players prefer the better odds of winning a small prize, while others prefer taking a bigger chance on a bigger top prize. LZ, your response doesn't explain why you are no longer publishing the vendor and city that a winning ticket was sold. To me it does an injustice to both players and vendors that you are hiding that information. The transparency of the NCEL is fading more each day, first you changed the amount from $1000 to $5000 on the winners page claiming your servers couldn't handle the volume ( I call BS) and now you won't publish the vendor and city where a ticket was sold. All the while you drop the top prize for $20 tickets and increase your profits by $24M just on the new 100X ticket over the previous 100X game.

Hey, just past my local dealership. That sat a beautiful red 2021 Corvette. I was born in the first year they built the first cars. I think that lil red Corvette was calling out to me. So I'm going to but as many tickets I can afford. I want that Corvette. Now on another note, does the double play on cash5 numbers are ther RNG?

Simple answer for why the location is no longer shown... Too Many Complaints about where winners are... Maybe now the complaints will slow down and maybe stop... This is OK by me, now if they stop putting names out would be great.

taxes on winning a car are about 1/3 value of the car, something to keep in mind folks. then the 100K is also taxed close to 30%. still end up with some $$ after all done but not that much. Second chance rules on that game a bit corn fusing.

Hi Jeffrey, I can't comment on which other state lotteries are going to participate in the event in case one of them changes their mind, but I can tell you that 25 North Carolina players are guaranteed to be selected to win a prize. As a certain number of players are guaranteed to win from each state, the number of different state lotteries participating will not effect the odds for NC players. I hope you are able to join us for the event!

Hi Mike, there is no alternate cash prize if the player does not want the car. As you have noted, the value of the car could vary depending on which options the player chooses. The player will have the same choice of options whether they win on the instant scratch-off or the Second Chance drawing. I hope that helps to clear things up.
