Hi Omar! What drawing are you referring to? All of our past Lucke-Rewards drawings occurred as scheduled and winners have been notified. Our website has been updated and winner names will be posted as they claim their prizes. Hope this helps clarify things!

When will the winners of the 0ct 6th luck-e-rewards and second chance drawings be announced? Thx NC Lottery
Hi there! Before a winner's name is posted on the website, he or she has to first respond to the notification and then complete the claim process, either by mail or in person at one of our claim centers. If a winner does not complete the claim process within 30 days of being notified the prize is awarded to an alternate winner chosen at random in the drawing.

Thanks for your question, Macario! Winners are notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing, and they have 30 days to claim their prize. Winners will be announced on the website as they claim their prize. Hope this helps!

Wow that was fast! Thanks NCEL the fast Ticket Scanner is back on my App :) Now if there is any way the software for the Super Slow Ticket Scanner can be destroyed, that would be great so it never appears again.

how do you see the winners of second chance promotion of the keno tickets? NC Lottery
If you're on our website go to the Lucke-Rewards tab at the top, then click Second Chance Draws, then click into the Keno Flash promo. Once you're in there click on any of the drawing dates then finally click on 'winners' to see the names. If you're on the app just click Second Chance drawings then go from there.

OH NO!!! The Super Slow Ticket Scanner is back in the App (iOS 12.5.4; iPhone 6). Instead of the fast scanner with the Blue horizontal line, I have to sit and watch the slow white horizontal line go up and down and up and down and up and down past the horizontal red line until finally after quite a while it finally detects the ticket. Please please please get rid of that thing for good and get the fast Ticket Scanner back in the App pronto! Thank you.

Some players have reported having trouble accessing Lucke-Rewards after the website maintenance, but in most cases this was resolved by clearing the browser cache and reloading the site.
