Double Draw ends with a Double Draw

It’s our last night of Pick 3 Double Draw so it’s exciting to see it end with a Double Draw.

That’s right, Pick 3 players. We will be holding two Pick 3 drawings on Thursday night.

Two drawings are guaranteed in Thursday evening’s Pick 3 drawing because there’s only a Red Ball left in the Double Draw machine. All the white balls are gone.

That means you get two chances to win with each $1 ticket.

In our Double Draw promotion, it’s guaranteed that at least one Double Draw will occur every seven days. Five Double Draws occurred already this month. Tonight will be the sixth.

Still unable to get scanner to work Software is updated to iOS 15 which is the latest on everything in the app has been deleted and reinstalled now over a dozen times to no avail. We have done everything under the moon possible but the scanner still does not work. Is there an estimated time of repair? ThanksNC Lottery

How would one know when a call comes in that they have won? Caller id show nc state lottery? Is there a specific phone number? Due to scams i do not answer calls from phone numbers that i do not know.NC Lottery
Great question, Gloria. If you were to win a Lucke-Rewards or second chance drawing, a member of our Prize Validation team would be reaching out. The number would vary based on who was placing the call, but it would have a 919 area code. If you're ever unsure if a call is legitimate, we recommend to hang up and call us back at 1-877-962-7529 to verify. Hope this helps!

AMEN Christopher! Even better than leaving stuff alone would be to more thoroughly test new versions prior to releasing them to insure they can be used by all Players. I am still having the same problem I reported yesterday - the "older version" of the App will not download for my iPhone6 iOS 12.5.5 Please NCEL do not discriminate against the many of us who cannot afford new iPhones with iOS 13. Please be inclusive and allow all of us with iOS 12 to continue to use the App. Thank you.

Was trying to get my tickets scanned in before the end of the month, but was forced to update the app. And of course the new ticket scanner doesn't work. Before you ask, yes I deleted the old one before downloading the new one. Never had a problem in the past. The new scanner is so slow and uses the camera on the phone. Why can't you just leave stuff alone before you change to something that doesn't work?

a little concern about my account. i have reached out to the phone number given and tried to fix the problem. Deleted all history and resend my id for them to upload it again. Still sometimes i get (can not verify your account, please sign in), have 6 pending points for past 2 weeks, and the good part is i get double entry for my cash 5. Another week has past as they told me to wait a couple of days. Now I AM wondering if i am in any of the drawings and if my cash is safe in the wallet balance. Is there anyone else i can reach out to?NC Lottery
