Opening of three lottery regional offices delayed

Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the lottery's regional offices and claim centers in Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro will delay their opening today, Tuesday, Jan. 18.

The Asheville, Charlotte and Greensboro offices are scheduled to open at 11 a.m.

The lottery’s Raleigh headquarters and its other regional offices and claim centers in Raleigh, Greenville and Wilmington are on a normal schedule at this time.

All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.

NCEL gotta have a system (as players call it) when it comes to the Pick 3 and Pick 4. Va lottery on most of their drawings will bring back two of the numbers from the previous drawing and it's up to you to figure out that third number. Same with the pick 4 a lot of times. They will bring back 3 of the 4 numbers . NCEL go from one extreme to the other. It's hard to win in that way. Lol

737 hadn't been out in two years. There us hope for the 999 which haven't been out in about 5 years. Maybe they will come out 5 times this year. ??
