There should be a better chance at winning money, I realize not everyone can be a winner, but 1 top pprize in amongst all the tickets in the game, is a rip off. Lottery is a gamble I know, but if you made a better chance at people winning,
the millions of more people that would play would win. The more you play the more in I win.
I've never won more then $30 on scratch-off and on the 2nd chance lottery I've not won and I don't really know anyone that has. Maybe if u really win on the 2nd chance I might get lucky .... But my luck ain't that good
I'd like to win so I could make sure the youth in my community get a good Christmas, they have lost many family members to covid, their parents/guardians can't afford childcare and give them a good Holiday. Not to mention inflation on a struggling family, I know this would help so many
