I think the lottery needs to partner with restaurants and places like Walmart,Target, Dicks Sporting goods and ect and make every ticket a winner. If people win a dozen of donuts, a gift card, and even money people will love to keep buying tickets.I promise you will not be able to keep them in the stores.

I went to Handee Hugo store at 108 Forbes Loop Carotoke Hwy., Grandy,NC and they displayed all new Holiday scratchers except the $3 Holiday scratcher. They said they have it but won't sell it until some other old scratchers sell out first. Very upset, I can't buy that one as advertised by lottery to be for sell on Tuesday Nov. 1st.NC Lottery

Hey there, Michael! With larger prizes that are claimed at lottery offices, you would need to show ID each time. For prizes under $600 that can be claimed at any lottery retailers, it would depend on the retailer whether they want to request IDs for prize claiming.

NCEL these new ticket prizes are so very bad in so many ways. $20 ticket with a top prize of $250,000 and only 2 of them you all are going to make a killing on this.
