Thirteen scratch-off games end soon

It’s time to say good-bye to thirteen of our scratch-off games. We hope you scratch ‘em and cash ‘em while they are still for sale!

Games ending Friday, Dec. 2 are:

$10 tickets: Big Cash Payout, The Bigger $pin
$5 tickets: Mega Bucks (#764), 20X The Cash (#769), Diamond Mine 9X, Mystery Prize Cashword, Wild Cash Multiplier, Sapphire 7s
$3 ticket: 15X Cashword
$2 tickets: Money Bag Multiplier, 10X The Cash
$1 tickets: Clover Doubler, 5X The Cash

You’ll have 90 days afterward to claim any prizes you’ve won. All prizes from these 13 games must be claimed on or before Thursday, March 2.

Claims between $600 and $99,999 must be made at one of the six regional claim centers before 5 p.m. that day. Claims of $100,000 or more must be made at lottery headquarters in Raleigh before 5 p.m. on that day as well. Mail-in claims must be received within 90 days of the official end-of-game date.

Remember, postmarks will not satisfy the 90-day requirement. If these are some of your favorite games, remember: you only have two more weeks to play them.

Hey Roger, one was a QP and one was my numbers. I wouldnt say $500 is a higher amount, but still nice tax free wins. Still waiting for a 5 or 6 digit win or more!!! Keep pounding.

Denver, them numbers you won twice on the double play, where they quick picks or your picks? You better watch out, people going to be saying you winning to much on these draw games! You must be a lucky soul, cause I haven't won any high dollar amounts, like you have. I mean literally nothing! Dollar here, 2,3 dollars there, but none of the 4 numbers correct though. Lucky you! I'd say!

I spend about 500 a month buying scratchers and online play. I have had over 100,000 in reward points to. Never won anything. How does Mr. H get 87000 entries? Times a average of 20 points per game that’s 1.74 million points. Nobody finds that unusual. How is that possible. Your talking about spending 10k a month to get that kind of points.NC Lottery
Hi there, William! The winner that said they had 87,000 entries was for the Multiply The Cash second chance drawing, so they did not need Lucke-Rewards points for that. Second chance entries for this drawing were earned by purchasing tickets from the 2022 Multiply The Cash suite, and players that purchased all 5 would receive 100 Super Bonus entries each time they entered all 5, which could explain the high entry numbers for some of the players.

Also retired and financially secured. Used to spend $25 to $100 daily and had fun doing it. lost faith a few months ago after more than 10YEARS. Did not use all my points and had over 100,000 accumulated. Down to a little over 30,000 now. Now what do i do with my money... Hey turbo maybe i'll see you in cherokee. Still play a little. Something is wrong here! 4 wins he’s gaming the system and of course the lottery is CNN letting him. It doesn’t surprise me. With Record profits All the major prizes have gone down! Does the lottery think the players are fools and can’t see this. I’m starting to think we have some illegal activity going on here.

More fuel for the bon fire. Roger asked how many entries some players had that had won 2nd chance. Mr. H from Marion that won the 1st Xthe cash for $200k didn't answer. But Mr. R from Charlotte, winner of the 3rd one for $200k did. He said he had over 87,000 entries. If/when I win, I'm just gonna say "I had one entry, the winning one". Happy Friends Giving to one and all.

@Charles, cheers this buds for you. I still have faith. Luckily I was able to take early retirement and have time to enter these games of chance. I didn't know my congrats would erupt such a fire storm. We all think we should have won & will win someday.

@Charles..hope you're not wasting $ on a lawyer who prob. won't get you anywhere. There was a big article in the Charlotte observer a few years ago ( mostly about store owners winning over & over best I recall) titled "against all odds." Have to sub to read that paper online, if you do you might can pull it up. Main thing is to not blow a fortune on chances, play for fun and do it within your $$ reach.

@Donald S. Thanks, but I believe I may have a chance although it's very slim. I was in conference all day with a legal representative and I provided him with enough evidence to clearly show that something is wrong somewhere. He seemed astonished that Mr H. from Marion had won so much in the last 2 years and was quite concerned about the large number of top prize winners coming from Raleigh and or Wake county. I also went over the Speedway situation and he agreed that it wasn't fair the NCEL to cheerfully give Mr.H all that money while not giving me the $500 I was cheated out of.

Good luck, Joshua and Charles on contacting Thomas Thomas and Gibbs. They are a black law firm that has surprisingly won the auditing contract year after year. One of the auditors used to be a former big lots employee. This is someone who watches millions of dollars go in and out and used to work at big lots. Good luck is corrupt and rigged and you have no chance.

Hi, @Charles H! Any tickets purchased while in our state are eligible to be entered for Lucke-Rewards points and second chance entries, regardless of their home address. And winning once doesn't disqualify a player from winning again - each entry in every drawing has the same odds of being selected, regardless of where they're from, if they've won before, etc. - every entry has an equal chance of being randomly selected - it just takes a whole lot of luck!

@Joshua B. I'd like a further explanation myself. I have no problem with someone who is visiting NC buying a ticket, but they shouldn't be allowed to enter the 2nd chance drawings. All the winners from those drawings should be for those with a verified NC address. You may have noticed who the other winner was. The same Mr. H that Denver spoke of. What Denver failed to mention was that he also 5,000 in another drawing. The NCEL can claim that they run the lottery with integrity all they want, but when someone wins that much while many of us have yet to win anything then the integrity must be questioned.

Hi, Joshua! Players do not have to be NC residents to enter Lucke-Rewards or second chance drawings - they just have to enter NC Lottery tickets while purchased in our state to earn points and entries. So players that come to visit our state are able to purchase tickets while here and earn points and second chance entries for drawings, and once they enter, their entry has the same odds of any other entry to be randomly selected as a winner!

@Denver, How can you congratulate Mr. H and not question the integrity of the NCEL? If this man has indeed won 4 Lucke Rewards draws for those amounts then there's no way it's luck it's rigged and anyone with even half a brain should be able to see this. If the amounts were smaller, $100,$500 or $1,000 I wouldn't question it, but this calls for an investigation which is why I'm contacting Thomas & Gibb about this ASAP. Hopefully I can get some advice on this or maybe they can recommend someone who can help.

Hi, Tony! Winning in one drawing doesn't disqualify a player from having good luck again! The more entries a player makes, the more chances they have to win. Of course, having even ONE entry in a drawing gives you a chance to win!

Hey there, Jimmy! Players have 90 days after the end date for a game to claim prizes and earn Lucke-Rewards points for those tickets.

Hi Jimmy, your Lucke-Rewards points won't expire as long as you log into your account at least once every 13 months, but you'll have to check the deadlines to enter for the drawings you want to use your points on. Not so fast Konisa. I won $500 on last nights C5 double draw, that's twice now. I literally just missed $50k by 1 digit. Numbers were 11,19,21,38,40. I had 11,19,20,38,40. Most players never played 1-off or sum it up, thats why they stopped those options

Good by bonus points, no chance of getting any now. I haven't seen any of the $1,$2 $3 Xthe cash tickets for weeks now. This game was flawed and so is the rolling jackpot final drawing entries.
